Are you serious? Is this serious? Seriously? I thought it was some random WDC violence, like a hold-up gone bad. And now this? Please share more...links? Thanks!

During my time at the Department of State handling communications in the IT field, I was responsible for telephone switches and racks, in addition to both emails systems and handled two POTUS Visits for Bush and Obama, plus 5 SecState Visits for Colin Powell and Condi Rice, plus numerous other Senate/Congressional visits. This brilliant to hack the phone switch which is technically just a computer server running the telephone software.

If true, that’s pretty damning.

Do you have a link to someone who is reporting this?

The Basra Road from Gulf War I when the Iraqis fled Kuwait in stolen vehicles filled with loot. A-10’s took out the front and rear of the column then had a turkey shoot.

“In all seriousness, there is a mole inside the DNC that has been squirreling away emails and voice mails”

Must be a conservative, there just aren’t any Democrats with the conscious or morals to turn on the RATS.

“They are called VoIP phones. IP is the acronym for Internet Protocol and the Vo is for voice. The system is all digital and since it is digital communications, is supposed to be archived just as e-mails are. Just think of e-mails with the people talking.”

Thanks for the easy-to-understand explanation———a rarity these days.

Thank you for your explanation! I’ve been fairly ignorant about computer tech other than straightforward common usage info. I am careful with security but I don’t have secrets that are valuable to my country on my electronics.

I’ve been around since the days of BBS, Commodore 64 and 1200 baud;) so as I learned more it was drummed into me by my tech friends to always have complicated pw’s and always run security software. It’s a habit. Doesn’t make me immune though. But if I were ever part of an organization like the freakin DNC one of the first questions I’d want answered is, how good is tech security? The appalling thing here is - the dems were warned REPEATEDLY their systems were not secure.

A lot of companies capture the voicemails and send them as attachments to email. Where I work there’s even some voice recognition software that turns it into a text transcript included in the body of the email.

So I suspect these voicemails came from the email hack.

I agree! That’s why he referenced it to a inside job maybe perhaps?

I’ve seen where he did say that about a choice between cholera and gonorrhea. I’ve also seen where he denied it. You can find the denials on their twitter account.

Their mission is to open up governments - make them transparent. I have no doubt they would release anything they get if its substantiated and adds to the truth of what they deem people need to know.

Everyone should be careful of what they wish for and for how much fun they’re having with “this is the best election ever”.

There’s enough time for everything to come full circle.

I didn’t know that was even technically possible. (but then I’m not a computer geek).<

Voice mail and email are separate server based systems. If they can hack email servers I am not surprised they could hack voice mail servers.

A harder challenge would be to hack into real-time voice systems. Even if they did they could only grab what voice calls are served by that system and active at the time they are in the system. They could stay logged in to grab more calls but that would only work if they had a known login that would not be suspicous. Usually SecureID or equivalent is used for remote access authentication so I don't know how they would even get in to a real-time phone system. But these are the Russians after all

It almost looks like a scene from one of those zombie apocalypse movies.

Nice work.

How would you like to be a DNC droid today?

Not only are they worried about what has already gone down and who is in deep kimche, but how are they communicating now since the system is probably still insecure.

Smoke signal classes are probably filling up even as we speak.

Naw ... I just wait for details to come out through Breitbart and Drudge articles etc ... Then I just read what is posted there ... I don't like clicking on links, I just read what's on those Official sites.

My guess is we will hear about some mysterious worm that is being launched on computers in a few months ... A lot of them have time and date launches built into them.
