Not a chance. Germany is never going to war with Russia. They don’t want to. They can’t. And there would be nothing to gain from it. Germany does not have the army, the weapons nor the population to do it.
Germany may pressure Russia through its connections with the EU, IMF, WB, WTO and NATO. That is probably happening now with the blessings of several other countries. But that is a long way from going to war. And probably more effective.
Russian probably figuring Germany for a terrorist nation for harboring all those murdering rapists.

Germany doesn’t even meet its commitment to spend 2% of GDP on defense. Currently, it is spending 1.2% compared to the US 3.6%. Germany is not going to war against any one.
