A bystander ran over a machete-wielding refugee this afternoon, ending a rampage that saw a pregnant woman killed and two other injured in Reutlingen in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
While there are no exact details of motive to the attack yet, pictures uploaded to social media show a young bearded man in the process of being arrested and German police have told media that the perpetrator was a “Syrian refugee” who “acted alone”, reports the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. The attack is believed to have taken place before 1630 Central European Time.
Remarkably, a German citizen stepped in to help police arrest the machete-wielding killer. An eyewitness told German newspaper Bild: “The perpetrator was completely out of his mind. He ran with his machete even behind a [police] car. A BMW driver gave it some gas and ran him over. Then he lay prostrate and did not move”.
The paper reports the man behind the wheel of the car was the son of the kebab-shop owner, and that by running down the refugee he likely prevented others from being attacked.

Heard a news report a couple weeks ago on one of the now almost Radical Islamic daily attacks.
They reported, and I quote...”The attacker was yelling ‘God is Great’, in Arabic”
If one is a member of the Cult of Terrorism known as Islam, that's all the evidence that's necessary.
Horrendous. I’m sure it has nothing to do with Islam. We need a full ban on everything that a Muslim terrorist could use to commit the terror he is going to commit. At least then we will have done our best to prevent all terror, issued bans on sharp things. So we can let in more refugees, having done the hard part to make people safe.
I don’t know why we didn’t win the world wars by just banning German and Japanese aggression. Banning and making laws is cheaper than sending troops or strategy or fighting.
(When I first saw the title I swear I read “marches pregnant woman to death.” which did happen to some of my relatives back in Germany some time ago.)

The driver will probably be charged with assault , custodial interference, assault with a deadly weapon (car). Then he will be legally sued by the perp until the kebab-shop is owned by the 'perp'.
