Some FReepers will disagree, and I respect them, but I think Trump knows whatissues voters care about this year.
Sounds queer.
Thiel is globallist trash.
It was one of the better speeches at the RNC.
I saw a lot of it and liked it . .
the speech
I don’t understand this stupid transgendered bathroom bill anyway. If a person is fully transgendered, isn’t it impossible to tell? If everybody just kept their mouths shut nobody would know or care. After Obama pushed the bathroom thing it just opened the women’s restroom and other women only places to perverts because they can claim to be transgendered whether they are or not. I think they (transgendered) are mentally ill or something but if you can’t tell and they have women parts, I don’t really care. But, like I said, I’m not that educated on all the different perversions out there. Living in the Bible belt of the rural South has sheltered me too much I guess.

Nothing matters but that Hillary does not become President!
I pity him.
Utter nonsense. Trump RIGHTFULLY focused on protecting the homosexual community from Islamic terrorists—something that is indeed CULTURAL and not “economic”. Such protection of homosexuals is 100% in accordance with social conservatives.
For Thiel to focus on economics is good for him, since that is the focus of his life. He is a business man. I agree that he should address those issues.
Trump in his speech also spoke about protecting religious liberties.
‘...and encouraged Republicans to let transgender people use whichever bathroom they want to use. “This is a distraction from our real problems. Who cares?”
The problem comes when government forces private businesses to let men into their women’s private facilities. Yeah lets not fight about that, NC was so crazy in giving the choice back to private business owners as to who can use their dumb bathrooms, such a distraction. OK then.

Why would a ‘man’ be proud that he takes it up the ass? I do agree with Trump, though, that economic concerns are where the votes are.
Another perverted fascist heard from. He’s telling the GOP not to fight the culture war because he wants all of us to surrender to his disguting, unhealthy lifestyle choices. No, pervert, I don’t think so.
Blame it on my reverence for God, or anything else you care to. But the Word, including the NT.....or even ESPECIALLY the NT, is clear that God hates homosexuality. He does NOT hate homos, per se. He will forgive them the instant they repent and change; the same as he’ll forgive a kleptomaniac who repents and stops it. He’ll forgive any old garden variety sinner, like ME, who repents and surrenders to Him.
But from what I read in the Word, I would not want to pass on into eternity, to meet Him, while in a state of blatant, in-His Face, sexual rebellion.
FWIW.
I am so sick of this “proud to be gay” stuff. He could have made his points without having to play the gay card. I wonder if he was encouraged to do so as part of this reach-out to democrats, Bernie Sanders & LBQT charade going on.
No big deal. Log Cabin Republicans were around during Reagan’s time.
In 1976 I took a promotion and was tasked to “get rid” of a guy that happened to be rather flamboyantly gay, besides performing his work poorly. In retrospect I think he had a bad drug problem.
It was agreed I would counsel and warn him about his work, document it, and then terminate him.
Years later it sunk in that the firm, in the energy sector, was libertarian about such things. Many men went on “single” status assignments, and those ranks included a few gay men.
Still later a suspicion was confirmed we had a VP, who after retirement “came out” as gay.
The point: Energy sector, big GOP supporter company, but no big problem with the issue.
If you are curious as to the firm’s name I will respond to a PM.
Homosexuality is a social and spiritual problem - same as alcoholism, drug abuse, infidelity, hatred. The GOP shouldn’t be giving a pass to these behaviors.
I completely agree with you.
Get back into the closet.. Everyone’s tired of hearing about it constantly.
[[ Non-social issues — that’s where the votes are]]
Are you serious? Evangelicals made up 27 percent of the vote in 2012.
