The majority of “URBAN” residents??? Really? And how many URBAN areas are up against the 2000+ miles of border? The Urban resident isn’t the one having his land ravaged by these folks crossing....

Idiotic poll, idiotic headline, idiotic article.

"The majority of interviews were done in Spanish on both sides of the border, and the margin of error was 2.6 percent."

Yes of course these people feel ignored by Obama but don’t want a wall because that would solve their problem - really? Go away with this crap.

My preference would be to build it right down the middle of the Rio Grande. That way there is no need to condemn land.

Can we afford to take over several square miles of Ciudad Juärez? as well as places like Tijuana, Tecate, Mexicali, San Luis Rio Colorado, the rest of Nogales, Agua Prieta, ad nauseam?

A cleared, mile wide free fire zone would be a good way to start to get everybody’s attention that a new sheriff is in town.

LibertarianLiz :" majority of urban residents
Sure they want their relatives to easily join them."

They polled just urban Austin, and came to that conclusion.

No selectivity to hear what you want to hear ! ..lol !

I was going to joke that they might have gotten different results, if they had surveyed English speakers.

The I saw this little gem buried in the article: “The majority of interviews were done in Spanish on both sides of the border”.

Professional deceivers.

The term “Professional” among journalists, is a code word, indicating that they are fellow travellers - co-conspirators in actively misleading the public to advance the leftist agenda.

The wall isn’t being built to placate the handful of leftists living in that part of Texas. It is being built so that BEAUTIFUL young women can go to Golden Gate Park without being executed by Illegals.
