GERMAN officials are reporting a "massive failure in the rule of law" as thousands of refugees due for deportation remain in the country.
A secret report by interior ministers of all of Germany's 16 states says tens of thousands of migrants scheduled to be flown to their homelands in the past few months are still in the country being cared for by taxpayers. The problem centres on incomplete paperwork, migrants lying about where they come from and the country's own medical profession.
It is reported that hundreds of doctors are refusing to sign certificates stating that those intended for expulsion are fit to fly.
Germany's Spiegel magazine highlighted the problem this week as the overburdened local authorities call on Berlin to bring in tougher laws to reinforce Angela Merkel's pledge that illegal asylum seekers would be sent home.
In one recent incident the state of Saxony chartered an aircraft to fly 49 Tunisians back home.
But it took off with only 13 onboard: the identity of the others could either not be proved or else they had gone into hiding among the migrant community.
A police officer recently wrote an anonymous letter to a newspaper claiming "way over" HALF of all planned deportations were failing.
Other tricks include deportees hiding their children with friends or relatives knowing officials will not send them home without them.

Not so many years ago, the Germans were exceptionally efficient at paperwork documenting people and rounding them up. Maybe theirs some national reluctance at work here.

I usually have my gopro with me but not this time. The Catholic Charities of Maine is bringing them in by the thousands and they have taken over the parts in the city of Lewiston, looks like a scene from black hawk down.

Also, did you know that there is a new, two story mosque in West Houston (near Katy, Tx @ 1800 Baker Rd) (beside that Katy man's hog farm)? I drove out to this mosque a couple months ago and there was an elderly towelhead guy posted at the tall gated entrance. One has to wonder if there is an armory at this mosque like the armory found at that govt raided and closed down mosque in Buena Vista, Colorado??
Well, here the “doctors” have been set up as Merkel’s “saviors in white lab coats” for her policy of Muslim immigration/take-over. Find a Muslim-sympathetic doctor, get the bureaucracy to create a “need” that the criminals (who had no problems getting across Europe and the mountains and the outdoors to get TO Germany) must be mediaclly certified.
Presto! Instant medical need for free treatment for (whatever is written on the form.) No deportation. And Merkel goods like a good person for being a humanitarian!
In the US, Obola did the same thing by using the “Are you persecuted (or feel threatened) in your home country?”
His illegal Mexicans are trained by THEIR immigration attorneys (all government-paid and Catholic-church enabled to “help” the migrants) will check the box marked [YES].
Bingo. Cannot deport, must accept, must start paying benefits and re-settlement fees and expenses due to “persecution”.
