GERMAN officials are reporting a "massive failure in the rule of law" as thousands of refugees due for deportation remain in the country.
A secret report by interior ministers of all of Germany's 16 states says tens of thousands of migrants scheduled to be flown to their homelands in the past few months are still in the country being cared for by taxpayers. The problem centres on incomplete paperwork, migrants lying about where they come from and the country's own medical profession.
It is reported that hundreds of doctors are refusing to sign certificates stating that those intended for expulsion are fit to fly.
Germany's Spiegel magazine highlighted the problem this week as the overburdened local authorities call on Berlin to bring in tougher laws to reinforce Angela Merkel's pledge that illegal asylum seekers would be sent home.
In one recent incident the state of Saxony chartered an aircraft to fly 49 Tunisians back home.
But it took off with only 13 onboard: the identity of the others could either not be proved or else they had gone into hiding among the migrant community.
A police officer recently wrote an anonymous letter to a newspaper claiming "way over" HALF of all planned deportations were failing.
Other tricks include deportees hiding their children with friends or relatives knowing officials will not send them home without them.

Could be but the requirement to have a certificate of health to fly is a stupid one to begin with.
Who cares if they're medically certified to fly? It's not like someone medically certified them to leave Syria or wherever they said they came from before they fled.
If one of them dies or gets sick on a flight has Germany given these illegals the right to sue through the courts?
Just ship them. Don't put in additional steps for things to go wrong.

German should pass a law that any doctor that won’t certify has to take the refugee into the doctor’s own home.
Bingo!! You just hit the nail on the head. Cutting all benefits is the way to go! President Trump (on Jan 21st) needs to enact an Executive Order to end all benefits to all muslims and illegal mexicans.
Europe is a bureaucratic mess, with layers of laws and loopholes.... and the pro-migrant NGO’s promote exploiting them. I remember after unification, West Germans complained how savvy the east germans were in finding ingenious ways to avoid paying rent and having to go to work etc.

Make the conditions in their host country so oppressive they want to leave. Just get them out!
If they’re healthy enough to make it there as ‘refugees’, then they are healthy enough to fly home.
If doctors REFUSE to comply with government requests to ‘certify’ that they’re fit to travel, then suspend the licenses of the doctors until they start doing it. If they fill out the forms fraudulently, then REVOKE their licenses.
If they won’t tell you what country they’re from, then drop them off in the poorest country, and let them find their way home.
On the other hand, if the government there doesn’t want them going home - then it’s time for a new government, by whatever means possible.
