I am so glad. Pence was always my first choice. I just posted on another thread...Pence is so dignified. And Trump needs all the help he can get in the dignified category. Just sayin’.
What isn’t ‘dignified’ about Trump?
The fact that he chose to delay his official announcement and press conference about Pence until tomorrow in respect for the victims of the Nice France terrorist attack?
Trump knows all about dignity. You’ve not been paying attention.
Good choice. Better than Christie. There just aren’t that many people to choose who have Trump’s views on trade and immigration who are elected.
[And Trump needs all the help he can get in the dignified category. ]
I don’t want “dignified”. I want “balls to the wall” hardcore GET ‘ER DONE!!!
It seems to me that the only ones worried about Trump’s “dignity” are the Democrats, GOPe and other assorted leftist.
Funny how after damn near 8 years of the biggest embarrassment in the history of the United States, we actually have people worried about Donald Trump’s dignity.
What are some of the things that made him your top choice?
>> “And Trump needs all the help he can get in the dignified category.” <<
For Sure!
Trump picked him because he will add some balance to his own style and broaden the base - even though they disagree with some things (Reagan said it would be nice if a running mate agreed 100% but that a person who agreed 70% of the time was your friend) and Pence doesn't slap the conservatives in the face - Cruz endorsed Pence.
Pence should be win win win for Trump's team.

Yes indeed. Pence complements Trump in many regards. He adds conservative credentials and government experience to the mix. He speaks well and won't upstage Trump. He doesn't seem to tick anyone off. Safe choice for Trump and keeps attention on Trump rather than the VP.
