To me, the interesting question is what portion of the NeverTrumpers will actively work to defeat Trump. Is I-told-you-so worth the price of a Hillary presidency?
There are already some Republicans actively working to defeat Trump. We shouldn't close our eyes to that reality.

Cruz was right on philosophically, but totally lacking in Trump’s dynamism. Yes, he was.
Except that he turned out to be a liar. A strange mixture of philosophical conservatism and practical, everyday lying. Too strange for my taste, by a long shot.

I supported Trump from Day 1
If you count June 16, 2015, when Trump announced that he was running, as Day 1, then I also supported him, even before Day 1.
But for a while, during some of the early speculation period, like maybe March and April, I was still thinking Cruz was best.
