Right now they're debating whether or not to have a registered Parliamentarian at all meetings. Since I'm unaware of who is who, I can't tell if this is being pushed by the Anti/Never Trumpers or the pro-Trump delegates.
Well, while i was typing the above, they chaired that motion and have moved on.
Someone from Fox this morning said to watch Mike Lee and his wife to try and figure out what the NeverTrumpers are doing.

If you read the article at 19 i posted, it looks like the Pence leak news reached the committee while they were at lunch and they came back and changed their minds about giving ground to the NeverTrumpers.

(BTW, I propose an amendment to the amendment to the amendment to remove all NeverTrumper delegates and replace them with a 2-pound pile of horse dung in their chair. This action would significantly improve the acrid stench that is making its way through the cyberwaves from the NeverTrumpers, as well as increase the inane intelligence level in the room. Are there any discussions? No? Will all of those who are in agreement with this amendment to the amendment to the amendment, please say “Aye.” :-)

You are on to something...That is probably why leaked today prior to start of rules meeting...
In an article I posted from NBC, they claim they are taking it to the floor regardless if they get a minority report (we’ll see). For the record, Lonegan and Unruh are both Cruz delegates. I do believe that Cruz could smash this with an endorsement of Trump and/or encouraging these people to follow the rules agreed to when becoming a delegate.
Seems Trump is 2 steps ahead of GOPe ... as usual ;)
