In an article I posted from NBC, they claim they are taking it to the floor regardless if they get a minority report (we’ll see). For the record, Lonegan and Unruh are both Cruz delegates. I do believe that Cruz could smash this with an endorsement of Trump and/or encouraging these people to follow the rules agreed to when becoming a delegate.
