Let me be the first to declare, that if this presidential election winds up before the Supreme Court, and I truly hope it does not (for many reasons, including those spelled out in my book Men In Black), Ruth Bader Ginsburg must recuse herself from any role whatsoever in any consideration of the case. Her repeated political comments about Donald Trump and the race the last few days clearly disqualify her. Indeed, if the constitutional system was working, she'd resign or be removed.

She really should know better than to speak out like this. I believe she is a wee bit senile, but she needs to stay until Trump is elected. She won’t last long after that.

Levin is not doing himself any real favors. According to talkstreamlive.com, he has lost around 45% streaming listenership since the 4th quarter of last year.

Q4 of 2015 had a 6.1 share;

Right now the choice is very clear - Trump or Hillary. If you are bashing Trump like Levin, then, by default, you are for Hillary. The time to push for a different candidate has long since sailed.
