Let me be the first to declare, that if this presidential election winds up before the Supreme Court, and I truly hope it does not (for many reasons, including those spelled out in my book Men In Black), Ruth Bader Ginsburg must recuse herself from any role whatsoever in any consideration of the case. Her repeated political comments about Donald Trump and the race the last few days clearly disqualify her. Indeed, if the constitutional system was working, she'd resign or be removed.
Fine, Mark, but why don’t you get off your butt and help Trump get elected outright so this doesn’t end up in the Supreme Court?
I was amazed that Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg spoke out like this- she just forced herself to be recused from any decision the supreme court makes once he is elected.
Does that mean Levin has gotten over his butt hurt and is now supporting Trump?
Or does he still dream of a Cubanadian Usurpation?

Impeachment might not work in this Congress, but it needs to be attempted. It would be unjust not to try.
Old Ruthie is just sour because she held off resigning while Obama was in office, obviously thinking Clinton would be the next President and she could have a female president “pass the torch” for her.
Now she knows she won’t if Trump wins she won’t live long enough to wait for another Dem president and Trump will get to nominate her replacement. Hence her desperate desire to do anything she can to try and stop Trump.
If she had any integrity, she would recuse herself. But she doesn’t.
She should have recused herself from hearing the gay marriage case because she had officiated at gay wedding, but she didn’t.
Why should we care what this loser thinks anymore?
He cares because his ratings are in the tank and his TV initiative is taking water and sinking fast. . .as they say, Mark has a great face for radio.
It made no difference on the homosexual marriage decision. Two of the three female supreme court justices presided over homosexual “weddings” before that decision. Neither recused themselves, even after a big stink being raised. Lowlife scumbags...
Tell us Mr. Levine, if Ginsburg recuses herself and the Court then is not stalemated, where do you think Roberts will fall?
He should recuse himself when speaking about Trump because he is a member of the Cruz campaign

It is a damn shame that Levin is so selfish and petty, that for purely personal reasons, he won’t lift a finger or raise his voice to help Mr. Trump.
His bias, based largely on the fact that his fiancee’s son worked for Cruz, has caused him to sell out his principles.
He had always espoused his fealty to the Constitution!!!
Now, he doesn’t seem to care who gets to replace Justice Antonin Scalia!!
How can Levin even think of allowing Killary to shape the SCOTUS???!!
He cares because he's being intellectually honest. It's possible to be a Trump critic and still realize that Ginsburg has stepped way out of line and should resign before October when SCOTUS resumes its deliberations.

Would you crybaby Trumpets get over your butthurt that not everybody has Trump mania and might prefer another candidate. This is America after all. I preferred Cruz but he lost and now I’m going to vote for Trump. I’m sure Levin will do the same
He’s just trying to find something controversial to talk about since it’s clear nobody give a crap about his opinions otherwise
