A Black Lives Matter activist from Chicago argued during a heated Kelly File discussion that American police forces should be abolished.
"Here are the solutions. We need to abolish the police, period. Demilitarize the police, disarm the police, and we need to come up with community solutions for transformative justice," said Jessica Disu, drawing some shocked reactions.
The conversation started with Megyn Kelly asking the panel - which included Black Rights Matter supporters, law enforcement officers, conservative commentators and religious leaders - about some who praised the Dallas gunman.

A lot of people were praising the Dallas Police Chief for telling them to get off the protest line, put in an application, and they’d be put in their own communities to patrol.
Chew on that for a bit in light of learning what Transformative Justice really means.

"Transformative justice". That's some special wordwork she has going there. Transformative into what? No telling, but very likely a stagnated form of legal system affirmative action where there are one set of laws for blacks, and much more draconian laws for all others.
I would disagree that she means dismantling the rule of law - I honestly think she more means that she and her fellow blacks get to be Clintonesque with respect to law enforcement - above it all - while still standing on the throats of the majority in this country.
Now, demilitarizing the police isn't necessarily a bad idea, but is unworkable until you demilitarize certain neighborhoods. The overuse of SWAT and no-knock raids needs to be cut off completely.

She is basically advocating a Warsaw style ghetto for blacks where blacks police and govern themselves. Once they get that, the decent folk will insist that walls and fences be built to keep the lawlessness in and we will have African reservations inside our cities.
