Chicago BLM Activist: 'We Need to Abolish the Police'
Fox News ^ | 7/12/2016 | Kelly File

Posted on 07/13/2016 4:48:42 AM PDT by EBH

A Black Lives Matter activist from Chicago argued during a heated Kelly File discussion that American police forces should be abolished.

"Here are the solutions. We need to abolish the police, period. Demilitarize the police, disarm the police, and we need to come up with community solutions for transformative justice," said Jessica Disu, drawing some shocked reactions.

The conversation started with Megyn Kelly asking the panel - which included Black Rights Matter supporters, law enforcement officers, conservative commentators and religious leaders - about some who praised the Dallas gunman.

OK, suddenly it all is coming together. Progressive term here is 'transformative justice'. She is talking about dismantling the rule of law. These poor sad folks protesting in the street have no idea what transformative justice means, nor what it will even look like.

We've been getting glimpses of it for a while now. Many just have not realized it quite yet, but it is the court of public opinion, it is the use of social media to shame people or technology to skew reality. Transformative Justice is the modern version of Mao Tse Tung's guard hauling someone to the public square to be punished or shamed.

‘We Need to Abolish the Police’

There’s some rational thinking.

You're quite the deep thinker aren't you, Jessica?

It was sickening to watch this ignorant loudmouth spewing her blatant untruths. She claimed that police departments were formed as “slave patrols.” This was puzzling because a number of states under attack by BLM did not permit slavery.

Hey—It worked so well in Baltimore that it needs to go nationwide.

Actually she is. She is talking about transformative justice.

policing.

Three core beliefs:

Individual justice and collective liberation are equally important, mutually supportive, and fundamentally intertwined—the achievement of one is impossible without the achievement of the other.

The conditions that allow violence to occur must be transformed in order to achieve justice in individual instances of violence. Therefore, Transformative Justice is both a liberating politic and an approach for securing justice.

State and systemic responses to violence, including the criminal legal system and child welfare agencies, not only fail to advance individual and collective justice but also condone and perpetuate cycles of violence.

Transformative Justice seeks to provide people who experience violence with immediate safety and long-term healing and reparations while holding people who commit violence accountable within and by their communities

Hey Jessica, how about we abolish the police in your neighborhood first. And everywhere your extended family lives - if you know of any extended family. Try going without police for 6 months and report back to us you small-minded radical puke.

Black lives may not matter as much in some communities as they do to the police. Maybe try to be better citizens and you won’t have to be concerned with the police...

What they are talking about is a “National Police Force”. The kind of police forces in the Turner Diaries.

I think dust has more intelligence than what is shown in this statement.
