I think they got a very different lecture on handling classified materials than I did.

She did not give the rest of the story. There are other procedures that require briefings and signings of affidavits such information will not be revealed upon listed penalties to include fines and imprisonment.

Defense attorneys are gobbling up this stuff, as they prepare for court appearances on behalf of their clients, whether or not they’re currently being tried, or have been convicted.

The requirements have always been pretty clear cut for jobs I worked that had “sensitive” material available for those with a “need to know”. At least they were pretty clear cut from my viewpoint. From “classified” to “top secret”. I knew what my obligations and responsibilities were without question.

Sure. If a democrat does it it’s all right. If a normal person does it, they go to jail.

Technically, disseminating classified information to people without clearance is only a crime if it is done willfully or maliciously, or to foreign parties. It has to go beyond negligence to be a crime.

However, transmitting classified information over your private email system violates several federal laws, even if it was only negligent.

Why isn’t Hillary in trouble for doing government business on a private email server, whether anything classified was transmitted or not?

Let her babble. Public opinion has already slammed the hildabeast over this issue. These idiots are trying to rationalize why some pigs are more equal than others.

The "little guys" are taking note.
