Don’t delegates have to have their credentials accepted by national committee ?

Good explanation: http://thebullelephant.com/freedom-of-association-continues-to-trump-vas-criminal-laws/

IMO the court just said the state cannot make rules for the Party (Freedom of Association).
But read the short article above.

I believe SC can enter into session when it wants in case of emergency.

I THINK I found it ...

"In any event, allowing Correll to vote as required by the National Rules and RPVs 16(f) Filing, which mandate that Virginia's delegates vote proportionally on the first ballot in accordance with the results of the primary election, will not result in the prejudice that Defendants fear. Indeed, Defendants acknowledge that, ''so long as the delegates are bound pursuant to the National Republican Rules and the RPVs decision [to allocate votes proportionally], no evil results in the Commonwealth." (Def.'s Resp. 18)"

OK since the judge has invalidated the primary election he should have to compensate the state the costs of the election.

But the party CAN unbind the delegates using judicial precedent as the reason.

Remember, MANY DON’T want Trump as the nominee.

Here is a bet. Watch ANYONE that votes against Trump try to walk back their vote when it’s time for THEIR re-election.

My God, they really ARE gonna try and steal this from Trump.

Someone on that Facebook Delegates unbound just posted the “good” news 15 minutes ago and the suggestion to vote for Ted Cruz was already suggested by a poster :(.

It amazes me how these Republicans will file suit, play dirty, undermine Trump, who won the primaries by the people and yet, they fold, wimper, cave to Democrats.

Because they're Democrats. They put on the fake Red Team uniforms so that people think there's two different parties...

Uniparty Uber Alles!

Yes they are insane. I am watching the Fox News Report and saw graphic “Hillary and Bernie Teaming Up,” yet our side is tearing down the nominee. God help us :(

I suspect that 2016 is not going to BE THE end well for America.

“Isn’t this up to the party?”
Yes, that is what the judge ruled.

There is also a state law that binds the delegates and he ruled that that state law is unconstitutional.
Not the Party rule that binds them.

The Party could bind or unbind delegates as they wish, they always could.

Only the disaster that would ensue from nominating anyone but Trump prevents them, or ever did.
