Majority Disapproves of Decision Not to Charge Clinton on Emails (POLL)
ABC News ^ | July 11, 2016 | GREGORY HOLYK

A majority of Americans disapproves of the FBI's recommendation not to charge Hillary Clinton with a crime over her handling of email while secretary of state, and a similar number in a new ABC News/Washington Post poll say the issue leaves them worried about how she'd handle her responsibilities as president if elected.

Most also say the email controversy won't affect their vote choice in the presidential election. But more say it leaves them less rather than more likely to support Clinton, 28 percent vs. 10 percent.

So 10% actually are more likely to vote for Hillary because she exposed classified info to the enemy and is too stupid to handle email properly. Disturbing!

Her slogan **FIGHTING FOR US** really means she is fighting for her nasty spouse, her daughter Chelsea and herself.

And yes, she is fighting dirty to protect the Clinton Fraudation.

She has never fought for the US and US citizens.

The majority realizes that were they in her shoes they would have been charged and convicted.

I realize that were I once again an airman third class in the comm center and been negligent with classified material, I would have been charged and convicted.

Justice does not apply to the big people. It is that simple.

I am mystified that the right wing press has not clearly defined exactly what Hillary and her people did with regard to emails.

In the US Government, classified and unclassified email systems are entirely separate. There is no electronic connectivity between them.

Therefore, for Hillary and her aides to get thousands of classified emails on to the unclassified system required INTENTIONAL and PURPOSEFUL actions. Hillary, Huma Abedein, Cheryl Mills, et al had to have done the following to move the emails from the classified system to the unclassified system: they had to insert thumb drives, CDs, or floppy disks into the classified system, copy those classified emails, then physically plug those media into Hillary’s unclassified system. Then, before hitting SEND, they deleted the classified markings, leaving only the text (giving Hillary the ability to say “nothing was marked classified”).

These actions are felonies.

Comey said there was no INTENT in Hillary’s actions. How is what I described above not intent????

There WAS Intent for ex parte contact with Lynch;
and WAS Intent to NOT swear in Hillary at her deposition.

Those are the only FACTS.

The Congress should ask about criminal intent on a case where a member took a selfies and sent it to his girlfriend. Unfortunately, a radar screen was in the background. Stupid? Yes. Careless? Certainly! Criminal intent? How?

That second paragraph makes no sense.

And, assuming the poll results aren’t worse yet, even more people would disapprove if they knew how they would be treated if they put just ONE piece of classified information in a single email on an unclassified system.

What I’m waiting for someone to bring up is the very brief reference to portion markings on a couple of the emails. If there were portion markings, which are used to indicate the classification of individual paragraphs in a document, someone either scanned a hard copy classified document or downloaded it from a classified system. How might one do that “unintentionally”?

Doesn’t matter. What matters is how they will vote.

Actually, the ‘handling of email’ is also a crime...a violation of the Federal Records Act. She actively tried to prevent the release of information, in any future FOIA request. It couldn’t be more blatant.

Rats are supposedly for transparent government...but have blinders on with Hillary.

But, if you polled 100% of the BLM group about the email scandal, most would reply, “What email scandal? I ain’t heard nuffin’ about a Hillary scandal. Go away we be protestin’.”

There’s no choice. Either Trump wins or we fight back.

The third choice is dying in prison or a camp.

What’s important here is the independents. GOP voters are still going to back Trump. Democrat voters are still going to back Clinton. Who the independents say they will back because of this is what truly matters and that small percentage may be significant, especially if Trump is deft enough to use it against her in the debates.

Clinton: “I have the experience”
Trump: “Not in a crisis. Look how you handled Benghazi.”

Clinton: “I have the temperament”
Trump: “Not the way you lied about the email probe.”

Clinton: “I have a governmental track record of trust.”
Trump: “You lied about the YouTube video and you lied about the email server. Your government track record is one of excessive corruption and privilege.”

To the fence-sitters, Hillary is the “safe” choice because of her career in government. If Trump successfully pulls that rug out from under her, he could pull off a landslide.

“Hillary dodged a bullet this weekend. As a result of the Dallas shootings, the weekend talk shows (including FoxNews) almost completely ignored the email scandal.”

These days most people receive their news and opinion articles immediately to their PC’s and hand held devices. So when the FBI decision came out on Hillary in the middle of the week along with live streaming to the Congressional hearing, people received the info right away and likely formed their opinions on the email scandal well before the shooting. I’m thinking the weekend talk shows are having less and less of an impact as people no longer have to wait until the weekend to hear from the pundits.

She is. And they know it. The independent facts in this poll are devastating to her. And Trump has 4 months to hammer on it.

They don’t have to wait, but they still watch. Especially the older segment of the electorate that don’t even know what a smart phone is - if they even have a cell phone. Plenty of voters get their news from the MSM via TV. In fact, I’d say millions if not tens of millions.
