That’s great, but please explain how putting tariffs on companies that leave the U.S., thus forcing higher prices to the American consumers, attacks the core issues of why companies are fleeing the U.S. in the first place.

The are fleeing because your not willing to work 80 hours a week for $2.00 per hour and no benefits. They are fleeing because they can’t just dump all the chemicals into to waterways here in the US. And yes they are also fleeing because of all the taxes and regulations that go beyond sensible, which something has to be done about.

But they won’t be fleeing the US when it is of no benefit for them to do so. And I am willing to pay more for that as well because it is for the benefit of the country to do so. No one really needs 5 60” TV’s so I guess they will just have to learn to live with fewer or lesser features if they can’t afford them. People had to do so in the past because of higher prices and honestly the world was a much better place.
