The are fleeing because your not willing to work 80 hours a week for $2.00 per hour and no benefits. They are fleeing because they can’t just dump all the chemicals into to waterways here in the US. And yes they are also fleeing because of all the taxes and regulations that go beyond sensible, which something has to be done about.

But they won’t be fleeing the US when it is of no benefit for them to do so. And I am willing to pay more for that as well because it is for the benefit of the country to do so. No one really needs 5 60” TV’s so I guess they will just have to learn to live with fewer or lesser features if they can’t afford them. People had to do so in the past because of higher prices and honestly the world was a much better place.

You sound like so many on here, a supposedly site for the Right and freedom, portraying business as the bad guy. Business in the market economy is the goose that laid the golden egg. Cool Cal said, “The business of America is business.” The market economy which runs voluntarily by those buyers and sellers who see opportunity to better themselves is what made America the wealthiest country in the world.

Business always looks for lower cost cost and most efficient ways of doing things. If they didn’t they will go out of business unlike the government which if they fail, they just force you to give them more money so they can fail again only this time bigger.

GOVERNMENT is the problem, not business. Here, it is GOVERNMENT that has forced higher costs of doing business and pushed companies to look elsewhere to do business. And what you describe is GOVERNMENT-forced lowering of your standard of living by forcing limited choices to you as the consumer.

Don’t think command and control government can handle the issues of supply and demand in the workforce and for products better than the voluntary cooperation of the buyers and sellers in the free market economy which made America the wealthiest country in the world. The history of command and control economies, then and now, is they are destitute, impoverished, and disastrous.
