As a side note, criminal investigations mean nothing to leftists because:
1. Leftists have been thoroughly inoctrinated in the Marxist dogma that “the ends justify the means” and that there is no morality so long as the goal is “moral” (ie leftist);
2. Three generations of rampant disregard for the law up and down society had bred several generations of people who simply don’t see not complying with the law as a big deal -
(another interesting note here is that when overlawyering and overregulation make just about EVERYONE a “technical lawbreaker” - the threat of prosecution for such infractions in societies where nearly “everything needed to live was illegal” was one tried and tested way to keep the population docile in old communist countries - respect for the law is destroyed).
Hence, a majority of people can take the following seemingly contradictory actions:
a. conclude that Hillary DID indeed break the law; and
b. conclude that she was not charged due to the corruption of the party in power; and
c. cast their ballots for her anyway.
This is why I believe Trump basically has little chance of carrying the day. The Teddy Kennedy “block Europe and allow everyone else in” 1965 immigration bill, combined wiht three decades of leftist indoctrination, have doen their work.
None of us on this board will ever live to see a Republican elected president.
