Longtime Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin said that at least some of Clintons official schedules were destroyed while she was secretary of state during her recent deposition, according to the New York Post.
Abedin replied, If there was a schedule that was created that was her Secretary of State daily schedule, and a copy of that was then put in the burn bag, that
that certainly happened on
on more than one occasion.

Is Hillary pissed off at Huma?? Was Huma worried about being in legal trouble herself ??
Stay tuned.

What more do they need? What ticks me off is these politicians are forever creating new laws, but when THEY get ensnared by a law, nothing happens. Why should you or I care about the law, if THEY don’t?

If it really was a copy of the schedule there’s not much of a story here.
Smells like click bait.

There is so much BS going around from people who do not understand a thing they’re talking about.
Every federal office I worked at since 2000 (and some before) had a burn bag by every desk. Yes, you do have to maintain records but that does not include every copy of a record.

Funny, none I worked for since 1971 forward had a burn bag.

From what's come down the past couple of days, it wouldn't surprise me if Huma gets run over by a semi as she steps out of her shower.

My thinking is that if the ORIGINAL has come up missing, burning COPIES is tantamount to burning the only existing form of the record.

I’d guess that they are just laying out unfortunate facts and saying, “So What?”

Thank you, I worked for the government from 1969 til I retired in 2005 and I never had a “burn bag” by my desk...

It seems that one copy would be all that's necessary to satisfy the intent of the policy.

I retired from DoD. Since 2000, I worked on a single program that was so unclassified that we didn’t even have a security classification guide. We also were provided burn bags at each desk. We were told the only thing we could put in our trash cans were coke bottles, paper cups, and the brown bag we used to carry our lunch to work. This was SOP for the entire building.
The rationale was that even though the information might be unclassified, you can put piece together very sensitive information if you have enough ‘unclassified’.
I also worked on some very classified stuff back in the 80’s where we had to take our leftovers to a central location for disposal.
It varies. But, this deal about shredding a copy of a schedule isn’t that big a deal AS LONG AS a copy was retained for the official record.

If Hillary had the originals, she must have put them in those FBI files or the Travelgate folders, because she now can’t recall where they are, and besides, what difference does it make now?

I spent 25 years in the military. I handled a lot of classified, but I never had a burn bag near my desk, nor did I ever see such a desk in any office.
