This is what is truly concerning me - what does obama have up his sleeve.
It could all get very risky for Obama if Hillary doesn't win and there is no indictment.
No indictment - no pardon, I don't see Obama giving her the Nixon treatment - but maybe.
If HRC doesn't win and Obama pardons her - Obama knows Trump is coming after him with no holds barred (undoing executive orders, immigration policy reversal and probably huge amounts of political firings and deregulation).
Obama has lots of culpability in some of these HRC debacles and there is that thing with the birth certificate and importing lots of ISIS soldiers to kill us.
If Trump wins Obama might be in legal jeopardy if he was aiding and abetting some of the illegal activities.
What freaks them probably out is they know Trump doesn't give a damn what the press says and there usual allies won't be able to intimidate him.
Does he pardon her after she losses resigns and have Biden pardon him?
I'm not seeing a scenario that limits the downside damage control. It all points to the chilling fact that the fix is in.

If I schedule a dentist appointment or private consulting meetings or even training for my private off duty needs on a work computer provided by my alphabet agency I am FIRED at the very least for unauthorized use of, violation of opsec, etc... !

I’m 72 and this is what I have been expecting since at least when I read Atlas Shrugged at 19. I must have run a few hundred people crazy trying to wake people up to what was coming. It is almost enough to make me believe in the parallel universe theory that we all live in a world of our own making and things turn out in our own little world the way we expect them to. Apparently some people live in an entirely different world because some seem to think everything is just ducky. Some even say that Bill Clinton was one of our finest if not THE finest of presidents. Some even seem to think that Obama has done a great job. Some on FR seem to think the economy is doing just fine.
JAIL ...... isn’t a good enough punishment for ALL involved in her crimes.

The DOJ lawyers and the Judge might be given instructions to just LOOK like they want to stop investigators from looking there.

The only way to construe this turn of events is to look at it as a get out of jail free card. I think by not releasing the emails it will give Queen Hillary a chance to ascend the throne. If she does what do you think will happen to the investigation? What always happens when tyrants ascend the throne. They destroy the evidence and kill the dissenters or in this case, the investigation. This is extreme corruption at the highest levels. Working on a corruption case right now. Think I'll use this info as my "tacklin' fuel"...
