Good riddance to George Will

I like and respect George Will, and over the years I've been one of his fans. With the rise of Donald Trump, Will has decided to resign from the GOP, along with Mitt Romney and the other folks we might call "decorative conservatives" -- the people who look good on the outside, but who have none of the fire in the belly that marked Teddy Roosevelt or Lincoln -- not to mention the Founders, who were pretty robust and argumentative.

I believe Mr. Will has a genuine distaste for what may become Trump Conservatism. Trump represents a kind of happy warrior style of American politician, similar to Harry Truman and Rough Rider Teddy Roosevelt. It's obviously too low-class for Will, Romney and Jeb Bush, who are all too delicate for the political blood sport that the Left has imposed on our politics. Nothing is too low for the Left. Literally nothing.

The national GOP has been in decline for years, running decrepit candidates like Bob Dole, John McCain, and Mitt Romney -- who actually did flinch in the last debate with Obama, as Trump points out. Candidates like Dole and McCain were picked for their seniority, which is what made them weak and doddering candidates.

85,000 middle-class steelworkers, miners, Johnstown residents, ... in Pennsylvania switched from Democrap to Republican because of Trump's message..

So we lost snooty, snobby, milquetoast GOPe's like Will, Kristol, etc. Big Deal!

I'll take 85,000 patriotic Americans for a handful of boogers like George Will any time.

He will be back after the election. Can’t get rid of them that easily.

Recall in 1996 Pat Buchanan jumped to Perot’s Reform Party only to return to the Republican Party after he had destroyed the Reform Party.

Mr. Will has turned himself inside out trying to intellectualize the hoi polloi to his contemptuous way of looking down at the world. You can almost see him pulling a lace handkerchief from his lace cuff to whisk away snuff residue from his nose......He is Political Correctness in an Ivory Tower and he is mighty wrong about Donald Trump.

I think George will was this Momma’s boy who was probably bullied, and harbors the successful jock type like Trump, even though there’s no proof that Trump ever bullied anyone and in fact may have protected people from bullys. Trump is a throw back to people like Teddy and Andy Jackson and Patton...and all the others who are turning over in their grave watching us getting kicked around, and our military being transexuallized. Our military could take ISIS our in a heartbeat, but this idiot won’t.He doesn’t have the stomach for it.

Well guess what, he ain’t seen anything yet. He has let loose of a hornet’s nest that coming here in time for November. He won’t get away with it this time.

For decades now, American citizens have been dumbed down by schools controlled from the top down by so-called "progressives" who censored their public discourse of references to the Source of their rights and liberty, of the ideas upon which their Constitution was framed, and on the threats those "progressive" would-be tyrants presented to their liberty and that of their posterity.

None of the "elegant" so-called "conservatives" approved by folks like Will were smart enough or brave enough to call out the enemies of liberty and to get the attention of ordinary folks on the fact that political "elites" were out for themselves, not for the Constitution they claimed to represent, and we are where we are!

Voters gave them chance after chance, and they failed to protect liberty. Now, they complain.

One is reminded of the story about the old mule. A long time ago a farmer wanted to buy a mule from his neighbor.  He asked the neighbor if the mule had any problems.

"Not a problem," the neighbor said.  "This mule will do anything you ask.  All you have to do is ask him nicely."  The neighbor added, "Just make sure you never mistreat my mule."

The price for the mule was fair, so the farmer bought the mule.  The very next day the farmer wanted to plow his field.  He hitched the mule to the plow.  The mule had no intention of pulling that plow!

The farmer said, "Git up!"  But the mule paid no attention.  The farmer tried talking nicely until his face almost turned blue.  It did no good.  So, he called his neighbor over.

The neighbor came right away.  When he heard the problem, he walked over and picked up a two-by-four.  He hit the mule right in the head.  Then he whispered in the mule's ear.  That mulee started plowing back and forth the field, turning the soil over without anyone standing behind the plow.

"I thought you said never to mistreat your mulee," stated the farmer.  "You said all that I had to do was to talk nicely to him."

"Well," answered the neighbor.  "You just have to get his attention first before talking to him."--------

Well, George, enough for "elegance" and "presidential"! Trump got the attention of the electorate. Brexit got the attention of that other group of historical liberty lovers. Let freedom ring!

I have posted several times in these election threads that ‘conservative/conservatism’ has become a litmus test word with little meaning, but the candidates have to invoke it.

Then, they create their own ‘brand’ or type of conservatism which allows them to change direction after elections.

GWBush was a compassionate conservative. Romney was severely conservative. JBush was a reform conservative. Of course by branding their own, they can define it any way they desire.

The biggest irony so far was Kasich claiming to be the most conservative one in the race, while some of his positions were to the left of Freebie and The Screech.

It is obligatory — they have to invoke it, like they have to invoke the name of Reagan.

“I wrote Will off in the late 1990s when, on being asked why he never had anything to say about the Clinton Whitewater scandals, said he wasn’t interested in that sort of thing and walked away.”

After Vince Foster was killed, William F. Buckley wrote a column to the effect that it would be better for the Republic to let the worst couple get away than to catch a sitting president in a murder.

Didn’t agree, then or now, but in light of recent revelations about “conservatives” ...

I don’t believe either Lincoln or T Roosevelt can be considered conservatives.

*********************

Add George HW Bush and George W Bush and all of the nominees since the last amnesty have been amnesty backers.
The most important thing to the GOP is blocking the citizens from stopping the illegal alien inundation.
Only the President can enforce the immigration laws and they have made sure we couldn’t get one who would.
Until Trump.

That’s what has Yeb!, George Will, Bill Kristol, etc. all in a tizzy.
The Cheap Labor Express is in peril.

I don’t like George Will. He reminds me of Bill Kristol, Steve Hayes, Juan Williams, Paul Ryan, Jeb Bush, Lindsay Graham and the rest of the pompous asses that make up the uni-party. I’m glad he’s gone. However, if the GOPe convention goes like I think it will, I’ll be leaving too. Trump won the nomination under their rules. Trying to change that at the convention will be the end of the GOPe.

George Will embraces evil, now-—totally irrational and no longer promotes Truth (God) and Rule of Law (Higher Law/God’s Laws).

He is corrupted. I’ve seen many good people corrupted by power and money as Will is. It is the Same Old, Same Old Story. He has embraced satanic ethics of slavery. Vice makes slaves only (and totally irrational, addicted ones.)

I see some sanity in Trump-—he is not afraid to speak the Truth in an Orwellian World where the Truth is more hated than Lies (Machiavelli).

Anyone who is willing to say how evil the muslim ideology is-—and how they are incompatible with our “Justice” System and should be banned-—is rational and NOT suicidal. Will is like the German males-—totally deballed by the Culture of Death, where the Natural Family is no longer a man and women-—where sodomizing males are “Good” and “Normal” and where killing-babies is a protected “Natural Right from God.” Germans don’t even reproduce themselves like the evil, vile Merkel-—totally irrational, selfish evil nihilists who want satanic worldview for children where Slavery is Freedom and Vice is Virtue.

All the Greek Masters knew that Vice creates Slaves only-—that Virtue is essential for Freedom. That is why the 24/7 corruption of little children and the removal from the Natural Family (Common Sense/Reality/Natural Law (Logic/Reason embedded). Irrational tribal Inca minds when in group-think factories or villages raise the child (Clinton utopia where “group-think” is the only embedded ideology possible).

This Orwellian Marxist utopia, where Freedom is Slavery—and our Banking cartels Rule America and govt. controls every action/ “personal”health decision we make-—is pure fascism and idiotic and evil (promotion of evil in a so-called “Justice” system is unconstitutional LOL)

-—esp. when Just Law” promotes evil, filthy, dysfunctional, unnatural behaviors to little children like sodomy “Pride” and Natural Rights to kill own genetic offspring. That is the promotion of Satanism (a religion) (through our “Just” Laws (LOL) which is totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL-——

....but crickets from the majority evil Marxist SCOTUS members who should be impeached and tried for Treason for ruling to subvert/destroy the Supreme Law of the Land.

The Republican Party was not ‘conservative’ by any stretch when it was founded, and has been self-consciously conservative for only a few relatively brief periods of time, the earliest being the 1920s.

THE RISE AND FALL OF GEORGE WILL AND FOX NEWS "THE FIVE"

If George Will's face appears on my TV screen I click elsewhere. I just saw him on Fox News the other day! Figures....

I just turned off "The Juan Williams Show" aka "The Five". It's nothing but chaos now. Eric Bolling can't control the left-wing non-stop-talker Williams, the producers obviously don't want to, and the rest of the Five have given up, they just sit there listening to him Goebbeling endlessly on and on with bored or stoic looks on their face.

Bolling and Williams get into frequent fights and purposely over-talk each other and not a single word can be understood by listening viewers.

The show has deteriorated into a Tower of Babel with everyone raucously stepping on each others lines to the point of incoherent blabber......due probably to the fact no one but Juan the Red can get many words in edgewise during the course of the program.

The Five is now so UNPROFESSIONAL and has deteriorated into such a farce, and is so heedless and inconsiderate of its audience, that it should be yanked off the network completely.......or the current cast minus Williams and the rambling, unfunny, conservative-hating Gutfeld be reconstructed immediately.

This show is now one of the most time-wasting programs on news channels TV. It's a total JOKE!

This show used to be one of my favorite pre-dinner programs until it was taken over by the sheer overwhelming, smothering verbal force of the leftist Williams.

"Wills and Williams"...now there's an appalling pair of "expert analysts" to draw to!
