MOUNT PLEASANT — Two sisters were charged with disorderly conduct after a disagreement over a bill for a bridesmaid dress apparently turned into a full-blown fight outside a bridal shop.
Chartaya M. Diggins, 31, of the 1800 block of Woodland Avenue, Racine, and Juvosha V. Diggins, 34, of the 2000 block of Loni Lane, Racine, both face misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges in connection with the incident, which occurred Thursday afternoon.
According to the complaint, Chartaya Diggins received a call from the mother of her fiancé informing her that $40 was owed on a bridesmaid dress at Image of Racine, 6222 Washington Ave., Mount pleasant.
The phone call angered Chartaya Diggins so much that she and her fiancé drove to the bridal store, according to the complaint. Once there, Chartaya Diggins and her fiance’s mother got into a loud verbal argument over the payment, according to the complaint.
The fiancé got both women out of the store, but the argument continued, with the fiancé attempting to separate the two women and more family members arriving at the bridal store, according to the complaint.
Workers at the bridal store locked the front door, telling Mount Pleasant police officers that they feared for the safety of themselves and other customers in the shop, according to the complaint.

That's a ridiculous statement.
Let's consider some of these laws that, for example, kept "people like this" "subordinate to people like" you.
Would that be the "laws" that allowed someone to go over to the African coast, kidnap people, slap them in chains, and then ship them in misery over to the United States so that they could be enslaved, and killed or raped at will?
Or was it the laws that ensured that those people had inferior educations, or none at all?
Maybe it would have been better if those ships had never gone over to Africa. At least then the "people like this" would indeed have been kept far away from "people like" you.

Judge people by the content of their character, not the color of their skin.
At the time it seemed like simple common sense to protect your family against primitive savages who resorted to violence immediately upon hearing, seeing, or sensing some thing or concept that did not meet their wholehearted approval.

Nah, here’s what happened.
Momma been dissing fiance’s friends cause they are ratchet-jawed lowlifes. Momma sees a stabby so she calls her up and stabs her over her deadbeat friends. Fiance comes unglued and shows up to yell at people cause “she all that”. Earrings are removed and it is on. The men stand around thinking of reasons to leave.
This wedding is going to be on Pay Per Views and I’m getting it. There are going to be tables flying at the reception.
