"Davey also said that the weapon used in the murders was passed down from Christy Sheats great-grandfather to protect the family.
Utterly irrelevant but of course thrown in for the agenda, don't you know.

My WAG the credit limit had been reached and that was that her roots were showing and the crazy could not be contained any longer. There are limits to materialism as the core of “conservatism.”

Lifetime will make a film about it blaming the father for this act of domestic violence.

That is part of what they call “the gunshow loophole”. The transfer of ownership without going through a FFL and background check.

Madison Davey, a friend of the Sheats daughters, told KTRK-TV that the two girls were caught up in the troubled marriage of their parents. She said that Jason Sheats told her that Christy Sheats shot her daughters because she wanted him to suffer.

More stuff. My WAG is that the troubled marriage was because the Mr. told the Mrs that she would have to dial back the more and that was that. When you hear a women state “He doesn’t understand me anymore” you know the couple is at the end of the credit limit, because she needs and deserves more.

//// She said that Jason Sheats told her that Christy Sheats shot her daughters because she wanted him to suffer. ////
So basically she went Medea on Jason, like in the Greek play “Medea”.

Sheriff's office spokeswoman Caitilin Espinosa had told People magazine that prior calls had involved a "mental crisis" related to Sheats. I'd bet the mother was on psychotropic drugs, but that will never be addressed. It never is.

I tend to agree. Cops want a quick closure and no one ever does drug tests on the nuts like this. I’ll make a bet that she was on some type of prescription drug or pain-killer, and just had a ‘bad’ day.
I went to high school with some kid and his sister (she was four years older than him). Around five years ago, he would have been near 45...he was in the midst of a divorce episode with the wife.
The wife and daughter, along with the sister of this guy (and her son)...were all caught in a house by the guy, and shot dead. Zero drug tests done on the guy....cops just wanted the episode closed up.
I think if we established prescription drugs as one of the key factors in these episodes....we’d press for laws to eliminate the drugs from sales. No one really wants to discuss that talk though.

Waiting for people to start blaming innocent victim Jason Sheats for not being "brave enough" to protect his daughters.
