On 1-year anniversary of decision, 'vile, cretin Christians' warned there will be no tolerance
What for ages was condemned as immoral, now has moved to the center of Americas national life, and its influence is growing.
On Friday, President Obama designated the Stonewall Inn in New York City, widely regarded as the birthplace of the homosexual-rights movement, as a national monument.
It was just part of the celebration of the one-year anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Courts imposition of gay marriage on the country.
Major corporations such as American Express are joining the tribute by launching well-funded pride advertising campaigns that will run in cities nationwide.
Polls also suggest support for same-sex marriage is increasing one year after the 5-4 Supreme Court ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges.
Yet many Christian leaders and experts on the topic see the anniversary as a reason to mourn rather than celebrate.
Messianic rabbi Jonathan Cahn, whose powerful warning to the Supreme Court against legalizing same-sex marriage went viral last year, suggested America is tempting destruction by openly defying Gods laws.
Ground shifting event
The striking down of the biblical and historic definition of marriage was a ground shifting event, the repercussions of which cannot be overstated, Rabbi Cahn told WND. It happened in the midst of the year of Shemitah. Shemitah means the fall. It was in another year of Shemitah, 1973, when another major fall took place, the legalizing of abortion. The Shemitah of 2015 saw a fall no less momentous.

Courts do not define morality people do. So we are not there yet, there is still hope!
We'll have suffered under eight years of a perverted, drug addled homosexual president and look where this poor nation is now! Do we want another eight years with a crazed lesbian at the helm to complete the job of totally wrecking America?
How can 0bama defend this, when it goes against his Muslim training/upbringing?
*SMIRK*
One thing is clear: 95% of big business is NOT on our side and is very open about it. They do not seem to have ANY fear of suffering financial repercussions from Christians over their stand.
Ask his wife, Michael.
Another, is that the homosexual community has figured out that they have something worse to worry about than a county clerk in Tennessee...
True. Major corporations evidently fear financial backlash from homofascists and their allies far more than they fear Christians.
All it did was to make lawyers richer. They already had 50 percent of the straight marriages that ended in divorce and now add the gays and they have another windfall.
Gay marriage has made the Left rabidly hyper aggressive like a strung out meth addict.
We thought our marriages were destroyed when it passed.
Wonder if they have enough info now to plot divorce rates.
Post #1 ~ Courts do not define morality, people do. ~
Sadly, that is not as true as it once was. To a limited degree, courts have succeeded in ‘normalizing’ queerness...
Agreed. Like any business decision, they have done a cost benefit analysis regarding the financial impact of their position and decided they make as much or more by taking the position they have. Because we never stand as a block.
Oh and any reference to “position” is purely coincidental!
CELEBRATE
PERVERSITY
No we didn’t. In my case I just want it called what it is. Anything but marriage.
‘Let it all hang out!’
I would think so. It’s going to be interesting to see how these queer marriages work out.
You did? How bizarre.
Windfall for lawyers
Yep.
