You don’t take a constitutional right away by putting them on a list . Think of that with other rights? Cornyn had a rational approach.During the three day background check if the individual was on a TERROR ( Not no fly ) list , the sale was halted . The Government had one week to give notice and hearing to the individual before a district judge to show cause for further delay. Otherwise the sale would be made. There you have due process but for these idiots to just put anyone on a list is madness. There are 1.2 million on the “no Fly” list today.
