Hillary Clinton IT specialist Bryan Pagliano invoked the Fifth more than 125 times during a 90-minute, closed-door deposition Wednesday with the conservative watchdog Judicial Watch, a source with the group told Fox News.
The official said Pagliano was working off an index card and read the same crafted statement each time.
“It was a sad day for government transparency,” the Judicial Watch official said, adding they asked all their questions and Pagliano invoked the Fifth Amendment right not to answer them.
Pagliano was a central figure in the set-up and management of Clinton’s personal server she used exclusively for government business while secretary of state. The State Department inspector general found Clinton violated government rules with that arrangement.

I heard on Fox this morning it is "limited" immunity. They were questioning what the limitations are (only the DoJ knows??)

supports the crooked Hillary theory - otherwise, why take the fifth. In other words, crimes were committed - I’m sure the nightly news will gloss over this.
Here we have the State Department employee that Hillary paid $30,000 “on the side” to put in her illegal server to facilitate the transfer of government documents ,totally hacked, in an unsecured server. Under oath ,her IT boy says’ I refuse to answer on the grounds that what I say might incriminate me” Really? Looks bad ,hillary.

No she's not...not until 1/20/17 at least.And if,by chance,she succeeds in stealing the election that date is moved up to at least 1/20/21 (if she hasn't pardoned herself beforehand).

IIRC, he was trying to get out of answering ANY questions. The judge then ordered them to produce the immunity agreement to him.
They evidently couldn’t get him out of testifying, but JW got another Clintonite on record refusing to answer questions.

I don’t understand it. Immunity means IMMUNITY.
That means he’s got no 5th Amendment recourse if he accepts the immunity deal, right?

No. He did not have transactional immunity which would mean he gets a free pass on everything, no criminal liability, & the judge would have compelled him to testify. From what I understand, he had use and derivative use immunity .... the testimony and any evidence derived from it cannot be used in a prosecution. He can be prosecuted from info developed from sources other than his FBI testimony under that immunity so there is clearly some criminal jeopardy in the FBI probe. He was allowed to take the 5th in this civil case by the judge (who reviewed his immunity agreement) because he could have been prosecuted from information discovered/gleaned from his deposition to Judicial Watch if it did not fall under the immunity agreement. Of course, being a civil case, “inference” is allowed .... he’s not answering so therefore there must be something wrong with what he did, etc.
Makes The questioning of Hillary all the more imminent - and “interesting”. She has to be sweating 24/7
At this point the immunity agreement should be null-and-void.
We can all see from his feckless handing of the Orlando shooting that James Comey has been compromised. He is Obama and ValJar’s whipped puppy, and will do whatever he is told
No indictment will be forthcoming. And she’ll be lumped in with 400 pages of blanket pardons of Democrat operatives in PARDONMAGEDDON on January 19.
Pagliano was granted full immunity -- in return for his testimony -- in the criminal proceeding being investigated by the FBI.
This is a separate civil case, brought by Judicial Watch. His immunity does not extend to this proceeding.
Innocent people don’t invoke the 5th.
