Suddenly the picture becomes clear! If the U.S. says some people are on U.S. soil illegally and others are there legally, then the U.S. creates a culture in which some people have human rights and some don’t. But everyone deserves human rights. So, by modus tollens, we must abandon the concept that some people can be in the U.S. “illegally,” that some people are citizens and some aren’t. Open border for everyone!

I live in the United States of America, a sovereign nation with sovereign laws and rights. I am not “a citizen of the world,” because The World does not make laws for me, nor do I recognize its authority to do so.
If you are not a citizen of this country, you have no claim to its wealth, its protections, or its culture. I would die to protect my sovereign place in this universe. I wouldn’t lift a finger to defend any rights an alien claims to be owed by our government.

Individual private property rights are one of the natural rights given by God. Natural rights implies the God-given natural duty to preserve and protect natural rights. There are no collective rights for most Indian tribes to land. These claims are arbitrary because they had no fixed settlements. Plus, there is a tendency for any bad consequences of unjust taking of property to be washed away with the passage of time and the operation of free market forces.
