The executive vice president of the National Rifle Association (NRA) on Sunday criticized the Democratic push for gun control laws in the wake of the deadly Orlando nightclub attack.
"What we're doing with this debate on the Hill right now, it's like they're trying to stop a freight train with a piece of Kleenex," Wayne LaPierre said on CBS's "Face The Nation."

He’s right..it is not the laws, we have a ton on the books now, not stopping gun crime, you can buy a handgun on a street corner in America for five hundred dollars...seen it done in downtown Salt Lake City just last month...

Over 6000 people died yesterday. And another 6000+ died on Friday, and Thursday...and EVERY DAY so far this year.
But somehow when a radical Muslims lights up a gay club and kills 50 people DEMs feel entitled to attack our right to bear arms and essentially attack our right to self defense.

Let me repeat that the Virginia Tech shooter, Cho, killed 33 and injured 23 others all with two handguns, one a .22lr and the other a 9mm, neither of which had magazines greater than 15 rounds. Both guns bought legally. No AR15’s either.
