GOP Sen Johnson: Trump Nomination Still ‘Reasonably Uncertain’
Breitbart ^ | 6/19/2016 | Pam Key

Posted on 06/19/2016 12:34:27 PM PDT by usafa92

Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” when asked about his support for presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in light of talks over delegate revolts, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) said no one could predict the outcome of the GOP nomination process, adding, “I think things remain reasonably uncertain.” Johnson said,

“Nobody can really predict what’s going to be the outcome of our nomination process. I know there’s a number of movements afoot. I’m not part of that process. I have my own race here in Wisconsin, I’m going to concentrate on the areas of agreement, growing our economy, strengthening our military, defeating ISIS, securing our borders, making sure we have judges appointed to the supreme court so those are the issues, economic growth, create better opportunities for the American public for the folks in Wisconsin.”

He added, “It’s been my intention to support the Republican nominee. Again nobody can predict the outcome of this thing. I think things remain reasonably uncertain….I intend to support the Republican nominee and certainly support the areas of agreement, growing our economy, defeating ISIS, strengthening our border. No two people agree on everything. I’ll support the areas of agreement.”

I still think most of this is noise and BS, but I swear if the GOP screws Trump I will vote for every Democrat on the ballot in every race. The GOP will need to be eradicated from the face of American politics.

I would say that Senator Johnson’s re-election is far more uncertain than Trump’s nomination is.

Ditto what you said. “Americans” will finally get what they “deserve”. The evil, the death and destruction and the slavery of communism. We’ve been a spoiled people for far too long.

“The GOP will need to be eradicated from the face of American politics. “

I completely agree with one change” remove the words: “ need to be eradicated!”

When President Trump takes office, I hope he will begin the eradication process in earnest!

I’m 45 years old and have never voted for a Democrat in my life, since my 18th birthday. But the GOP is so brazen in their contempt of it’s constituency that I am done with them. You have a criminal running for the Presidency on the Dem tixket and not one person in that party has called formher to step down or said one bad thing about her. Yet the GOP is sabotaging and undermining their own nominee. I despise them.

They would be perfectly happy with that too, since the GOP and DNC are all part of the same corrupt insiders club. It doesn't matter to them which party is in power... as long as the individuals involved are part of their club.

Any self-respecting cheesehead who sees that interview and votes for Ron Johnson would have to be deranged.

No, that is not the answer... the answer is for all of Trump’s voters to take on Washington... rebel.. giving in and voting for hillary doesn’t bother them in the least. We can’t continue with those radicals at the helm!

I can’t spell it out on here... It’s time the people took command.. before we are no longer in the majority... IF we still are.

What percentage of the voters this year, do not even remember hillary and her past? and what percentage of the voters are informed and educated? and what percentage of the voters are interested enough to become informed of the truth?

I believe the Badgers have given up on Johnson and await the inevitable of the popular Russ Feingold.
