Rule of law in Obama’s America
The Journal ^ | 6/18/2016 | Mike Holz

"Clearly, there seems to be a lack of knowledge about or adherence to the duties of professional responsibility in the halls of the Justice Department. ... The misconduct in this case was intentional, serious and material. In fact, it is hard to imagine a more serious, more calculated plan of unethical conduct." - U.S. District Court Justice Andrew S. Hanen

That was District Court Judge Andrew S. Hanen's reaction when he discovered that Department of Justice lawyers had lied to him regarding the Obama Administration's issuing of 100,000 expanded work permits for undocumented immigrants. This action violated Judge Hanen's prior ruling that temporarily blocked the President's illegal executive action on what the President would call immigration reform. Judge Hanen had discovered that DOJ lawyers had misled him as to when the Obama administration would implement the directive.

Judge Hanen was rightfully outraged, but he shouldn't have been surprised. Both of Obama's attorneys general have been lying to judges, Congress, and the American people for as long as the President has been in office; so have both of his secretaries of state, his director of homeland security, his CIA director, members of his department of defense, and his current and former white house press secretaries. They take their cue from their boss, who has also been lying to the American people for as long as he's been in office.

Let's take this angry judge dealing with Obama's Justice Department. In December of 2014, the state of Texas, along with 25 other states sued the Obama Administration for implementing through executive action, what they felt was an unconstitutional policy of granting what amounts to legal status to illegal immigrants with American born children. In February 2015, Judge Hanen issued an injunction against the implementation of this executive action, which included denying a DOJ request for a temporary stay on the ruling while the litigation wound its way through the appeals court process. The appeals process proceeded through the remainder of 2015, with Judge Hanen's ruling being upheld by appeals courts right up to the US Supreme Court, which, in January of this year, agreed to review the case.

Remember that denial of a temporary stay of implementation of this immigration program? Guess who ignored it. The DOJ lawyers had either lied to, or misled Judge Hanen on the status of over 100,000 illegals, who had been implemented into this program and were not removed from the rolls. The judge has accused these attorneys of conducting a "calculated plan of unethical conduct," and ordered them to attend ethics classes. He also ordered Attorney General Loretta Lynch to appoint someone from within the DOJ to insure compliance with his order. Good luck with that! AG Lynch has already indicated that her department will be ignoring this judge's orders; and why shouldn't she? She has the full backing of the President of the United States who has spent over seven years thumbing his nose at rule of law.

One of the hallmarks of a civilized nation is it's adherence to rule of law. This blatant disregard for rule of law by the highest office in the land is the kind of thing we see in third-world countries like Haiti and Venezuela. Sadly, it has become a hallmark of the Obama Administration. He's made it so commonplace that we've become numb to it. Add to this the Administration's editing of official records and recordings, the obstruction of congressional inquiries into the Benghazi massacre, the IRS scandal and Hillary Clinton's email fiasco, and you have a recipe for a Central American-style dictatorship.

Ethics classes? Why aren't these individuals facing prosecution and disbarment? Why isn't Loretta Lynch facing contempt of court charges? I'm no legal scholar, but these lawyers lied to a federal court judge in open court. This must fall somewhere under the High Crimes and Misdemeanors section of the US Constitution. The United States Department of Justice is the highest legal agency in our nation. These attorneys are "Officers of the Court." As such, they are duty bound to promote justice and the effective operation of the judicial system. Instead, they're subverting justice and impeding the judicial system. They must be stopped and held accountable for their malfeasance. To do otherwise would be to help this administration put one more nail in the coffin of what was once the greatest nation on Earth.

That is Rule of Man/Oligarchy.

There has been NO Rule of Law since 1913——the Constitution was obliterated and our rules and regulations come from man and corporations which control us almost completely now, like slaves. All Reason and Logic and Equality were removed and the power of the government to control us (unconstitutional) was instituted back in Wilson’s day. It was ALL unconstitutional and “Null and Void”.

They destroyed the Founding System-—with amendments and made us slaves to the elites/corporations and our soldiers their jackboots to make them filthy rich and gain more control over the masses for NWO. Now it is on STEROIDS and we are going to either become total slaves and exist no more as a country unless we have an awakening/revival.

Without God, there is no Good and Evil (Dostoevsky) and without Christianity there is no true justice and Reason and Logic in a “Law” which has to be “Just” by definition. Only the Christian Worldview of Free Will and Individualism (Natural Rights from God only) gave us America. But God was banned by the 30s-60s so that Satanism could be normalized and transmitted in the indoctrination centers.

Only the Christian Worldview created the most brilliant, free, just systems of government based on Logic and Reason and God’s Laws-—and the USA became the most perfect, brilliant, free system in history of man. But the satanists/pagans have been tearing it down for Slavery and the ethics of Satanism to be forced by the schools into the masses (all children/Common Core) where the Rites of Baby-Killing and Sodomizing and pederasty and mutilating and drugging oneself is “Good” and “Natural” again like in the ancient, pagan, voodoo irrational religions and today’s Afghanistan,

The only Laws in Obama’s America are the Laws made by Obama

If the president (Clinton) could and did lose his license to practice law for lying in court, what is the reason for these lawyers who lied looking the judge in the face not being permanently disbarred?

I agree, and the ethics classes are a much more lenient penalty.

Judge Hanen should just say: either you comply with the order, or I file a complaint with the respective bar associations for every single DoJ attorney involved in this case (aside from the ones in Texas, who he singled out with praise for honesty).

The complaint will initiate disbarment proceedings. Even if the attorneys aren't disbarred, it will be a permanent black mark on their record. They will become radioactive, and will never get a cushy partnership with a prestigious law firm.

1.) Which members of the Obama regime have violated our Constitution, ignored our laws, and committed acts of treason?

All the current Republican senators save Cotton, and all the Democrat Senators save Boxer. (Referring to the Corker-amendment/Iran-deal.)

One of the hallmarks of a civilized nation is it's adherence to rule of law.

Man's personal material, relational, and emotional needs require physical safety and security, peace, and social order, which requires ordered liberty, which is a combination of freedom and the rule of law grounded on the ideal of individual natural rights and voluntary social cooperation. Without rule of law ordered liberty descends into chaos and anarchy, which is the hallmark of a hellhole.

It's a pretty open & shut case; I've written the proof and reasoning out here.

Damn impressive. Based on that alone, I nominate you to serve as the next Attorney General in the Trump Administration.

Nicely done. And a belated welcome to FR FRiend.

Thank you very much… I'd probably actually enjoy being AG, not because of politics, but because I'd get to root out government corruption.

Exactly Mr. Fish, the corruption that has taken place in our federal government is unimaginable. In the 1950’s, Senator Joe McCarthy was warning us about Communist subversion, and what we see happening now only validates what I call the twin Communist-Islamic infiltration and takeover of what used to be a government “of the people, by the people and for the people”.

What they'll get is "The Comfy Chair" (old Monty Python skit) and another, even more serious lecture about how their behavior is unacceptable.

If you work for the Federal government, you can do anything you want, and all a judge apparently can or will do is tell you in his sternest voice not to do it again - over and over. I should have gotten one of those gigs.

Good point.

Our country has an enormous number of people in law enforcement, but none of them can muster the strength to enforce the law on Obama or any of his thugs.

So, effectively we have no rule of law.
We have rule of men.
