I agree that they are all corrupt.

Hands down.

But there is a reason why this is the case.

They don’t start out this way and certainly don’t run for reelection on the premise that they will be more cleverly corrupt than the next guy.

It’s the system.

Some people think that with a “New Administration” there will be this huge turnover in ideology. It ain’t happening and has never really happened. These congressional staffers and government bureaucrats are so deeply embedded throughout the system that it doesn’t matter who thinks they are in control.

Ever talk to any one of these people?

I have.

They don’t believe in anything.

They are all out for themselves and will give you a pleasant smile and say nice things to placate you into thinking that they actually care.

So, virtually all of our newly elected are thrown into a world that has been there before them. They, the staffers and bureaucrats, have been conditioned to just get along, get their paycheck and pensions while the world burns. They don’t care because there is nothing they can do about it.

On a side note, Washington DC has become the most Gay city you could ever imagine. It’s everywhere, and as a result of the acceptance of their presence throughout every institution policies are made by them and in consideration of them for fear of being called out as a bigot.
