YouTube videos posted by the father of the Orlando shooter over the last several years show him devolving from amateur pundit on Afghan politics to a man who appears to be suffering from delusions of grandeur.
A naturalized American who came to the U.S. from Afghanistan in 1986, Siddique Mateen has a Facebook following of more than 10,000 and has been airing an amateur interview show on YouTube called the “Durand Jirga Show.” He told TIME that he is founder and CEO of an organization called “Durand Jirga,” a religious nonprofit devoted to resolving the dispute over Afghanistan’s border with Pakistan.
Mateen started the recordings in 2011, and they became more preposterous since, with him wearing Army fatigues at points, several Afghanistan observers say.
In an interview, Mateen first said he wore the fatigues in the video because “those are the clothes I wear,” then said he bought them for Halloween. He said he paid about $100 for them.
In several videos translated for TIME, Mateen announces himself as the new president of the country and asks all government employees in Afghanistan to obey his orders and no one else’s. He subsequently orders the arrest of the real Afghan president, Ashraf Ghani, as well as several other senior officials, whom he refers to as traitors. He even encourages his supporters to strike Ghani, if not worse.
“We want to find a hero to take the turban off Ashraf Ghani and slap him a few times and very hard,” Mateen said.

I get the impression that this guy is some kind of money transfer player. He’s figured out various ways to move money around without government people getting in the middle...and sells his services. No one has yet to show me any US hotel, or restaurant or gas station that this guy owns. The son was a marginal income kid, but seemed to have property...which dad must have paid for in some fashion. From that guard job, I don’t think he was making more than $20k a year max.
Florida must be very cheap to buy property. One of the places was $100,000 and the other $190,000.
In California that would not even buy a garage.
Take away his EBT card, his Section 8 housing, his SSI, and his Medicaid.
I thought money movers aka money launderers wanted to keep a low profile and not act like a crazy nutjob..Clintons excluded of course.
This family should never been allowed in. If Immigration, Homeland security, and FBI was allowed to do their job by the Obama Admin, these people would not be in US. Responsibility for this attack lies squarely on Obama.
The Islamic killer was born in NYC in 1986. The foolish US government letting in these killers was not under the control of Obama when his parents came here.

How else does one explain the investigation of his son being dropped? And getting clearance to work for that private contractor for DHS?
This resume is way too much like that of the Tsarnov Brothers to have the creep's activities ignored.

This father appears to me to be barely holding it together for the cameras. He will prove to be the catalyst for trouble, is my guess.
