What if the majority of Trump delegates (and alternates) fail to show up, while all the Cruz delegates show?
If Elections were real, this would be good news.
The nomination threshold is a majority of votes cast.
Part of the NeverTrump strategy is to get Trump and supporters to do really stupid things like boycotting votes or attacking otherwise friendly delegates.
Who’s going to explain to the folks back home why most of their state’s delegation wouldn’t show for a vote?
Parties aren’t a one-off deal. There are state and local parties that need money and volunteers. There are elections at least every two years that need organizations. Not everything is about one presidential election.
Most party regulars were around before Trump and will be around after he’s left office. There’s always work to be done.
The days of party bosses is over.
This is a revolution.
That was only one wing of one Party that was thankfully defeated. The Fraud-Machine was never engaged.
Thanks. I appreciate the comments and the link.

Hillary didn't notice -- she was too busy writing "Surrender Dorothy" across the sky from her broomstick.
Well, Hillary, who is fraud personified, can barely dispatch a geriatric commie, so I think Trump will beat her in a landslide...despite a lack of support from the bitter-enders in his own party.
I would have to say, I am convinced that the Fraud Machine was much more enthusiastic about Odumbo.
Absolutely. Clinton is cooked (if Trump does it right...and he will).
