which is so dangerous that the government has classified it as a no-go zone
I thought there weren't any No Go Zones in Paris?

We went in 1986. It sucked then. Everything you said plus rude and arrogant people. We spend our vacation dollars here.

Go to Hungary, Poland or Czech Republic—they deserve our tourist dollars.

Don’t forget the gypsies. The scourge of tourists in any major Euro city. I still have a few more trips to make over there to wrap up my consulting job. I stay outside the cities whenever possible.

What's nice about the Czech Republic--cheap! (not as cheap as it used to be but still cheap!) $1 for a giant beer--$5 can buy you lunch--grab some pastries and coffee $2
I went two years ago for about three weeks. I took about $350 USD out of the ATM when I got there and had about 40 Euro--it lasted me the whole time. The last day I still had about $50 I had to unload on food, t-shirts, etc. just to get rid of it.
You could feel a little of the "multicultural" effect in Prague and I saw more people shooting up in the streets than I ever needed to but once you left Prague--I felt pretty safe.
I am thinking of going back next year with the entire family.

What about Russia? There is a lot to see there. Are Moscow and St. Petersburg safe for tourists?

Hmmmm.... what Obama actually did with the camp likely as one of several reasons, is to declare Europe and France and Paris as un safe for American travelers this summer

I was in Paris in 1994 when it was still Paris. I think I’ll just keep those memories and stay in the US.

He’d love for it to be unsafe for them here, too.

Yep, we loved the "Polish Prices" as our tour guide called them. Ate like kings in Krakow for not a lot of money. One of the great nights ever was having dinner in the Rynek with the Hejnał playing in the background.

Interesting how that these social architects are flooding civilization with unwanted illegals and say it's for humanitarian reasons. Yet they won't discuss how destructive it is for the people who already live there.
I remember reading a UN directive that said it was impossible to pull 3rd worlders up to 1st world status, therefore they (the UN) was going to lead a movement to pull the 1st world to 3rd world status.
I see their plan is working quite well.
