It's been about eight years since the Great Recession, but California voters still rank jobs and the economy as the most important issue heading into the presidential primary election. That's one of the findings of a new Field Poll released Thursday, just 12 days before the June 7 runoff.

Seven out of 10 likely voters across the political spectrum rated the economy as a top concern, according to results from the Field Poll conducted for the USC Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy.

And Trump is the only one who can deliver that. Hopefully people in CA and elsewhere see that.

Well by all means, then, let's leave the border wide open and keep bringing in those H1B and H2B visa immigrants. Great platform to run on. Oh, wait, the GOPe did not get it way.

Gov. “Moonbeam”” Brown recently bragged that California was ranked as the world’s 8th largest economy.

Trouble is we used to be the 5th!

Never trust a Democrat. Even when they’re telling the truth they’re lying......

“Brown recently bragged that California was ranked as the world’s 8th largest economy.”

When was that? I bet in recent times CA economy is nowhere close to that.

Californicators rank jobs, employment top.

Cannot be true, or, they would not keep electing Bolshies in the state.

The true order is rob the rich, rob the middle class, rob the poor (redundant with middle class), give to the gangs and unions.

USC Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy.

Thats a funny name for an institution that teaches only Cultural Marxism, Yes Arnold is a Marxist and always has been. Which means to me BELIEVE NOTHING out of the University of Socialism and Communism, especially if the girly man’s name is attached.

The University of So. California is a highly respected private university. They probably names their Policy Dept after Schwarzenegger, because he gave them a substantial donation.

I disagree with your characterization of Schwarzenegger as a Marxist. He was and is a successful business man and was governor of CA for a while. Unfortunately he swallowed the hype/lies about climate change, but otherwise has been very reasonable. He is a registered Republican and very much hope he will support Trump against Hillary.

“When was that? I bet in recent times CA economy is nowhere close to that.”

About 2 months ago. Point is we’ve slipped 3 places under his leadership. Our legislature is out of control and attempts to regulate and tax everything.

Just last week the Senate passed 11 onerous new gun control regulations. We’ll see if the Assembly passes and sends them to ole Moonbeam.....Naturally the NRA won’t do a thing except try to raise money via robo calls.....sigh!

Bernie wants to zero the economy. Hillary doesn’t really care about anything, so who knows what she’ll do. Trump wants to create jobs.

So, yep, going to be a fun general election... ‘How can you vote for that racist?’ - ‘I’ll worry about that once I no longer have to beg for food for my family.’

The question is, do they rank jobs for themselves as important or jobs for those they want to be supported by as important......

The only reason Arnold is successful is because Ely Broad took him by the hand and managed his business affairs. Here in California Arnold is a disgraced laughing stock. USC is a School specializing in Cultural Marxism. When Arnold gave them $20 Million Dollars to build a Center on CUltural Marxism, they came up with a warm and fuzzy name for it.

There were and still are Thousands of USC Alumni that CUT THEM OFF of their Donation list as a direct result of this Center on Cultural Marxism. Hell they had some real lively meetings with Alumni up in Arms over this.

Arnold did not buy the Global Warming nonsense, he has been in it from the Beginning to spread Marxism. See Global Warming Solutions (AB32)

From each according to his abilty, to each according to his need.

Arnols still lives by that TODAY!!!
