Apparently, President Carter is so confused that he believes that anyone who supports the U.S. Constitution, which has as its stated purpose, providing the Blessings of Liberty to the posterity of the Founders, is a "racist." How can anyone take that position, and not admit that he was forsworn when he took the oath of office? Seriously. You either accept that duty to your own people, or you have violated the most sacred commitment.
