You don’t get it. The whole thing was staged by the NDPers and the Conservative member. Pull back shot and he could have easily gone around them. He was making like he couldn’t get through because both the NDP and Conservatives were trying to continue a debate on the bill and Trudeau wanted none of it. The Conservative member stated he resented being grabbed by the PM and stated the PM should never have left his seat. Get a clue.

“Conservative MP Gord Brown told Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to let go of him during an encounter Wednesday that also saw a New Democrat MP accuse the prime minister of elbowing her in the chest, the Tory MP said.

In a written statement emailed to The Recorder and Times hours after the incident, Brown, the MP for Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes and the Opposition Whip, also said he told Trudeau he should never have left his seat.

“This isn’t about me, it’s about the Liberal Party’s lack of respect for Parliament, and its unilateral attempts to take control of the House of Commons, which set off tonight’s events,” said Brown.”

I viewed a quick pan to former prime minister Stephen Harper as he viewed the incident. I reminded by this of that section of the voting public. How they were gulled by the CBC and other news media to go against Harper. Talking about him being a "control freak, cool and distant" and so on.

There seems to be the idea that a charismatic figure with physical attributes, makes a better politician. Using simple logic it should be considered as to the experience, the actual performance in what they do. Yet, as in our friendly neighbours election it is similar. It seems numbers of voters want a matinee idol.

True, everyone has a choice as to which party they vote for. Prime Minister Trudeau only appeared on the ballot in his constituency. The rest of the country when voting Liberal, were allowing that party to name the leader. Unlike the system in the United States where it is head to head and voters can choose. Based on the British Parliamentary system. This where Winston Churchill easily won his constituency in 1945. However, his Tories were defeated nation wide. (Excuse the rant).

So prissy-face is actually a woman-hater? Will the media bother to tell the American public that this marxist hit a woman, all the while repeating over and over that Trump hates women?

Yeah, what a stellar display of leadership. Typical liberal, throwing a temper tantrum when he doesn’t get his way. Glad to see you’re such a fan.

If he gets violent in public, imagine what he’s like in the privacy of his home. For real, bet it comes out he’s a wife and child beater.

All the other member had to do was walk around. He didn’t need Trudeau.

“You don’t get it.”

I do get it and that’s why I say Trudeau is really not at fault here.

You don’t get anything. He assaulted a conservative member of parliament. You’re looking like an idiot here with the indefensible. There is now a motion for privilege or censure before Parliament. Go and argue something you know something about. Because you’re clueless here.

If it’s much ado about nothing why are you spending so much time expending what low energy you have on it with your repeated brainless posts?

I’m not “spending so much time” on it. I’m spending time arguing with morons who can’t think - which is always entertaining. You’re very entertaining, for instance.

Again, you’re very entertaining. And you keep posting on and on so isn’t you’re comment “Keep going though. You’ve expose [sic] your ignorance over and over. Why stop now?” really just projection? Keep up the good work of entertaining us.

Grabbing the fellow was over the top, as though he was some child. To be fair it is not clear he knew who he had elbowed; meaning it wasn’t a purpose attack on a female. But if Harper had done this, no one at the water cooler would be laughing about it. Double standard.
