1. Who started this? It is unclear what exactly set off the mayhem at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco on May 17, 2015, and what escalated an apparent argument into a gunfight. All told, nine people were killed in the gunfire and about two dozen were wounded. 2. Why did the Cossacks Motorcycle Club go to Twin Peaks that day? The organization that was meeting was run by the Bandidos Motorcycle Club. The Cossacks, a rival club, had not been invited to the regional meeting. 3. If the Cossacks and Bandidos motorcycle clubs wanted to settle a score, why would they pick an outdoor commercial center on a Sunday afternoon? There would most certainly be plenty of police and witnesses to whatever happened. 4. Which of the people at Twin Peaks that day were undercover police officers or informants secretly working for police? It is clear authorities knew in advance that there might be trouble, but bikers question whether police had a more active role by instigating a showdown. Defense lawyers have sought to have a judge order authorities to share the answers. 5. Which police officers opened fire that day? Waco police have refused to reveal the names of the officers who fired at the bikers. The chief has said officers acted to save lives, but has not said if their actions were reviewed by internal affairs or a grand jury. Waco Police Sgt. Patrick Swanton, a spokesman for the department, is shown taking reporters' questions at the scene. 6. How many of the 151 guns found in vehicles, on people and stashed around the Twin Peaks in Waco were fired that day? None had been fired. 7. How did authorities arrest so many people? Most of the bikers placed under arrest cooperated with police,

4. Which of the people at Twin Peaks that day were undercover police officers or informants secretly working for police?

That is the most important question. Although the Clintonian answer may be 'none', if they were working for the feds, not the police.

” Why did the Cossacks Motorcycle Club go to Twin Peaks that day? The organization that was meeting was run by the Bandidos Motorcycle Club. The Cossacks, a rival club, had not been invited to the regional meeting. “

Wait, I was told a hundred times that the Confederation of Clubs and Independents was a motorcyclist rights and advocacy group. That it wasn’t some Bandito front. Then I was told that it wasn’t mandatory. Then I was told that it is indeed mandatory if you have a club, even if you think it isn’t an outlaw club.

Mostly it seems like a rule among these childish sororities that if you wear the wrong piece of clothing without bandito permission that you are risking violence. But you can get around this by paying extortion fees to the gang,,,i mean the “club”. But remember, they AREN’T organized crime. They are more like a charity, or just a patriotic group of friends. None if these things fit together, but all are supposedly true.

And these are allegedly grown men.

I wonder if this was a turf fight over who can transport/make meth in a given territory?

Well, at least they aren’t the Bloods and the Crips, or the Zetas and the Sinaloa Cartel.

" Why did the Cossacks Motorcycle Club go to Twin Peaks that day?.."

Because their contacts in the Waco PD or FBI told them to.

The cops tried to use the rival gang to take down another gang.

That's just part of the reason for the obfuscation: The cops know that if the truth comes out they are in big trouble. They fomented murder.

An acquaintance’s ex husband, a loser, is a Bandido.

His sole job, once a month, was to run drugs from Brownsville up to Odessa/Midland.

It paid well. He always had money but had no real job.

We was arrested that fateful day.

His phone call from jail was not regarding his 2 boys who were home alone overnight, it was to a friend requesting he go to his house and get rid of the drugs.

Like I said, a loser.

2. Why did the Cossacks Motorcycle Club go to Twin Peaks that day? The organization that was meeting was run by the Bandidos Motorcycle Club. The Cossacks, a rival club, had not been invited to the regional meeting.

For the 3,403,671st time, it was a public meeting open to all. No one was invited or disinvited.
