What ever happened to Little Ben Shapiro? The Daily Wire’s Ben used to be one of my conservative idols, battling against the name-calling, irrational social justice warriors and dropping conservative truth bombs. I looked up to him and believed in what he was doing. Not any more! Anyone who follows internet drama as closely as I do will have seen the change in Ben’s behavior. He used to be cool and sassy. People my age could relate to him. But he seems to have joined the anti-Trump Establishment conservative ranks and lost so much of what made him special to his younger audience. Sad!

You have to wonder if it’s either the same Stockholm Syndrome that keeps minorities on the Dem plantation, or are they in fact, too weak to lead and want to retain the illusion of power they currently hold. Like they are victims, but can’t even play the victim card. It is baffling.
I still do enjoy them. I don't hold someone's preferred candidate against him, but I'm damned if I'm going to willingly suspend my critical thinking ability and arbitrarily shuffle pundits back and forth between the "like" and "hate" lists, just because they don't happen to back the odds-on favourite of the moment.

He is an idiot, #nevertrump's only effect is a possible Hillary win.
I've stood up for him in the past but this petulant, childish response to Trump has little to do with conservatism
and more to do with Shapiro's immaturity and grandiose ego.

I judge who’s a conservative on their principles, not on whether or not they endorse a particular candidate. Politics is meaningless. Principles are everything.

LOL, find me one time when Shapiro praised Hillary or any Democrat. He’s one of the biggest enemies the left has ever faced, starting with when he exposed a big cabal of Hollywood leftists in a stealth operation.
And Shapiro will be back in everybody's good books once the political wind changes direction, anyway. My observation over the years is that many FReepers tend to be fickle or have short memories. For two notable examples, look at the way the pendulum swings with respect to Ann Coulter or Sarah Palin.
