Dr. Ben Carson confirmed five people on presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump’s list of potential vice presidential running mates in a recent interview.

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the 2008 VP running mate to John McCain, was one of the five Carson said was on the list. The rest are all former 2016 GOP presidential candidates: Trump’s closest competitor Sen. Ted Cruz, Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Sen. Marco Rubio, and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. (Read more at source)

Except none of these people are actual contenders.

Sorry folks. I don’t believe a word. Not because Ben isn’t a nice guy but Trump is too good a poker player. This is more smoke and mirrors

Trump is a smart guy, unlike the usual retard politicians.
He will pick a winner, not a former loser.

I certainly hope that is not really the list.

I can hear Trump...If those are your feelings, so be it....

Frankly, I think Carson should go away. He's both annoying, lacking certain skills....like staying awake...and at the game of politics...he stinks.

Trump is just letting his run his course and being much to kind.

Sarah Palin? She came to Milwaukee during the Wisconsin primary.....and was awful. Her fastball is gone

UGG to Palin & Kasich. I like Palin, but she has been mocked so much, they’ll just mock her out. Kasich is a Democrat.

I would lay odds that it’s not going to be any of those.

The only one that makes sense is Kasich, who fits the bill as someone who knows how Congress works and he might be able to deliver a state.

It’s common in politics, to he’s.wounded egos, to make viable rivals part of your inner circle to help ensure a stable administration rather than have them on the outside and in position to sabotage your administration.

Either Ben is fibbing or pulling a fast one.

At least 3 of those names are nowhere near a VP list.

That’s not happening. False list, I hope the media goes wild.

I adore Palin and in a different world, I’d support her. But not today. With the exception of Kasich, they can all get lost.

I changed my mouse to make the double-click speed faster.

Now the whole thing is jacked up. No setting, no replacement of the driver works. Maybe it’s a registry setting (Win 8.1).

I’m surprised I don’t get more double posts. When I click to open a new window, 2 or 3 regularly open.

Sigh

I’ve got too much I need daily to blow it away at the moment. Really need to wipe it and start over.

He will pick a winner, not a former loser.

That is not logical. All the folks who ran ARE winners, one way or another. The only one who never lost never tried.

Unfortunately they did too good a job at destroying her...it would be a huge mistake to choose Sarah.

I don’t see those other names on the list either.
