Honestly, I don't care. Chavez and Maduro are not invaders from outer space. They were chosen, by a large proportion of their countrymen, to run the country. Spanish/Latino culture is the Caudillo culture. Let them feel the bern, long and hard. They are at least providing a useful, living lesson to the rest of the world about the unavoidable evils of collectivism and socialism.
