In my opinion this is what happens when illegals move into cities (MS13, etc) and then start wars over territory with existing gangs (usually black).
All listed as dimocrats (or former in the case of the Las Vegas mayor, Carol Goodman who sometimes is listed as an independent).
In traveling around the country I have found three things that identify a city run by dimocrats:
1) All the streets are torn up and in a constant state of construction.
2) Gas prices are significantly higher
3) You don't want to walk the streets at night or in some places, even during the day. Lots of street people.
I was really shocked at DC. I used to love walking around and using the subway, day or night and felt safe. Now the vermin lounging around the mall actually have a predatory look.

Well, I suppose everyone had to learn somehow. How many blacks will be murdered by other blacks before they understand the importance of police? There is a point where they will learn that and it looks like reality will be a harsh teacher.
In my medium sized town in So. California, several officers have told me they take much less aggressive action, fearing lawsuits both individually and for the city.
Consequently there are more and more homeless, including many who are mentally ill and/or on drugs, drunk in public etc.
