‘Free Republic’ Now A Safe Space for Donald Trump Supporters [Jim's response at post 25]

On the right, we’ve grown to pride ourselves on our greater openness to debate and ideas, on having no need to toe a Politically Correct line or crawl into a “safe space” like pampered college kids who just can’t handle hearing from anyone who disagrees with them.

For myself, I am so personally dedicated to this ideal that I even perform the great personal sacrifice of reading the comments field beneath my articles.

Yet somehow I wasn’t surprised to see Donald Trump supporters, those swaggering tough guys, turn one of their favorite Internet forums into a safe space where they no longer need to encounter criticism or opposition. Earlier today, Free Republic proprietor Jim Robinson announced that the discussion board would no longer tolerate opposition to Trump’s candidacy.

A Reader's Guide

I’ve often thought that books like mine should come with a “how to read” preamble incorporated into the book itself. My training and experience informs me that beginning a book on mind control with a guide for how to read it may be a bit too much for the people I want to reach, i.e., YOU. Thus, rather than incorporate such a guide into the book itself, I’m going to provide a reading guide here.
What kind of book needs a reading guide, a book like SHADOW MEN. SHADOW MEN is not merely a book about an inherently interesting subject. It is a book that is designed to accomplish something more than educate and entertain the reader. SHADOW MEN, if certain parameters are followed, may increase the reader’s innate intelligence. The reason increasing innate intelligence is important is because the primary motivation behind writing SHADOW MEN is to provide my readers some degree of immunity to the 24/7 propaganda to which they are subjected to each and every day of their lives.

A lot of these so called “conservatives” think they will make more money when they are the opposition. They think if Hillary wins, they oppose her “administration” and the money rolls in for 4 or 8 years. They want her to win. It’s money in their pocket. A guaranteed income.
