I never cared for Billing either when I used to listen to Rush’s show.
Whatever it is, I don’t have any respect for him any more. I don’t care what he does, frankly.

I actually listened for 5 minutes or so an the guy does a review on Wisconsin and how he supported Cruz. Talk about who cares? With all that is going on in the US and the meeting with RINO Ryan and Belling wants to hash over ancient history (politically speaking). I turned it off.

Belling started out by saying he and his fellow anti Trump persons, were the conservatives... and the insinuation was Trump’s people were not. He said “we conservatives” did not agree with Trump and Trumpsters could not expect “we conservatives” to like him right off the bat... it would take time. “They” do not own that word, ‘conservative’. I turned him off.
They should use another word for their labels... Conservatism has been bastardized to the point it means whatever they want it to mean. Trump’s plans sound conservative to me ... The GOP establishment and those who wanted Rubio or Jeb, are no longer conservatives.. they are Old Guard GOPers.
So I assumed the other poster was telling the truth. So it is a joke? Do you know this for a fact?

My options for my morning drive are limited. Bennet is gone, and they replaced him with Hugh Hewit. Bennet was barely tolerable, and Hewit is unlistenable. Belling was his replacement this morning. I agree. He likes rehrehashs the same subject over, and over. Turn on Beck for a couple of minutes just for a laugh once in a while. To bad about Rush. All good things come to an end I guess.

You mean about Rush taking 8 weeks off? The only "fact" I know is that I heard Rush laughing when he said something like: "No, I'm only joking... I'm not taking 8 weeks off!"

Thanks. The only place I’ve seen anything about “Rush’s wife is ill” is on the National Enquirer site. National Enquirer is pure garbage, IMO, so I don’t believe it.
LOL, you might be right that it might help Rush's ratings if he took 8 weeks off. Maybe El Rushbo needs an extended break to find his former fantastic self again.
I really like Mark Steyn, but I can't always take a full 3 hours of him. It depends on what he's talking about. Sometimes he's just too silly, IMO.
