If convicted, Hillary may get house arrest

As a protectee under the Secret Service Act, Hillary Clinton might serve time in her "gilded cage" mansion in Chappaqua if convicted a felony and sentenced to prison.

Under the Secret Service Act, Hillary receives lifetime Secret Service protection as a spouse of a president. However, there is no provision in the Act to terminate protection, even upon a felony conviction. The Bureau of Prisons (BOP) would therefore have to decide how to incarcerate someone with a Secret Service detail.

If Hillary were sent to a regular prison (likely a low security Club Fed), it would be difficult for the BOP to accommodate the Secret Service with their weapons and communications. Most likely the BOP would decide to create a special home confinement arrangement for her similar to that allowed in some cases for pre-release inmates. The BOP regulations provide that inmates may serve up to six months of home confinement, which includes surveillance or other monitoring methods. Given the conflict between the Secret Service Act and criminal law, the BOP may elect to create, in effect, a special private confinement facility at her luxury home with an inmate population of one.

The decision of the Justice Department will be timed this fall for Hillary to get the maximum political mileage. Trump will pound away at her on past and current scandals for weeks after the convention. Then one day Loretta Lynch will conduct a news conference exonerating Hillary on the email scandal. From that point the Democrat spin machine, in collusion with the mainstream media, will go into overdrive telling low information and progressive voters Hillary has been the victim once again of a right wing smear campaign and as in the past has been innocent of any wrongdoing.

The Dems and media will then blast the airways for the last few weeks of the campaign with every piece of dirt they’ve been holding on Trump and his VP candidate. Unless Trump has uncovered something new on Hillary, he will be playing defense the last 4 weeks of the campaign.

If Bill Clinton dies in September or October, Hillary will receive a huge sympathy vote, particularly if days before he expires he goes on television with Obama begging black voters to turn out for Hillary.

Even if the Director of the FBI resigns and speaks out when Lynch announces Hillary will not be prosecuted, Trump cannot counter the sympathy vote from Bill’s demise.

I agree. But only after a period of degradation and humiliation. Make her beg for the rope.

How hard would it be to put up a tent for one with a fence in the Arizona desert? Have 1-2 SS guards on a rotation and call it done.

House arrest, to be served at the White House, no doubt. Or Camp David, etc. Laws are for little people.

Didn’t the Dims in congress try to revoke SS protection for Nixon after his resignation? My memory is pretty good, but not so much in this case. Mebbe Hitlery has a better recollection from her stint on the Nixon impeachment committee.

Her Royal Hipness is not going to be prosecuted. There are two sets of rules in this country. One for the ordinary people. They are arrested for carrying an empty holster, or for letting their kids walk to school. They are arrested when they haven’t committed a crime and their assets seized and never returned.
The other set of rules is for the rich ruling leftist elite. This group makes laws but doesn’t obey them. It automatically gets immunity from prosecution.

Let’s assume for the moment that IT was convicted and sentenced to home confinement....

How many time per year do you think Bill Clinton would visit Chappaqua ???

zero, one ?

Just a fun little excersize

I’d be fine with that, IF (and it’s a yuge IF) she is convicted, the Clinton parasite will have been effectively extracted from the body of the citizens.

Trump’s true legacy will be the removal of the Bush NWO parasite and the Clinton Criminal Enterprise parasite from the citizens of the United States.

You don't need secret service in Ft Leavenworth because you have the US military police as guards

If the FBI ever interviews her, I would love to see what kind of an attitude she cops.

Well if she gets convicted others will be with her, perhaps enough to justify a special prison. Seeing how GITMO’s population is declining that would be No. 1 on my list of places to put her and her clan for safe keeping.

It would also be good to see the asset forfeiture law used against the Clinton’s operations immediately if not sooner to send a signal to her cronies to cooperate or risk losing their ill gotten gains.
