Top allies break with Ryan over Trump
Politico ^ | Friday May 6, 2015 | Rachael Bade

Reps. Lynn Westmoreland of Georgia and Dennis Ross of Florida — who, as House whips, help Republican leaders muster support to pass legislation — told POLITICO in interviews on Friday that they disagreed with Ryan’s decision to break with Trump in a bombshell interview a day earlier. Both lawmakers said they believe their leader is in denial about how Republican voters feel about the real-estate tycoon.

“I honestly don’t understand what Paul’s thinking — I don’t get it,” said Westmoreland, who is retiring after this year. “I try not to give advice to the speaker, but I think it just really brought about, in my opinion, even more confusion to this thing.”

It’s important to remember that the only reason Romney lost in 2012 was because of record turn out by Blacks, Hispanics, and Asians.

Romney is the only presidential candidate in American history to get 59% of the white vote - and lose the election.

If Romney had run in 2004, he would have beaten John Kerry.

Oscar Mayer might need a weiner to drive their Weinermobile.
Ryan’s got lots of experience.

"Ryan, as a Republican leader, should most certainly support the Republican nominee for president. "

The two Bush ex presidents benefited from Republican Party establishment support when they got elected- for them to now withhold support for the obvious at least plurality, more likely majority choice of US Republican voters, is a great big FU to American Republican voters! We need to let these SOB's know how we feel about their FU insult to the electorate.

Slanted BS article, actually, in spite of highlighting the fact that some folks don't agree with Ryan. In the body it says Trump is "anti-trade" which is an absolute lie. Trump is not anti-trade he's "anti-shaft the US".

Subtle, but intended to spin things so the reader gets the idea Trump is against something he's not against.

I, for one, am fed up with the whole DC argument that Americans have compost heap down to the international median or average in order to further some damn Globalist agenda. There are already plenty of people working for a third or less of what they used to make and the Free Traitors still yammer about US wages having to fall further for us to compete. That's absolute BS.

We became the powerhouse of the world by protecting American industry and labor, not by buying the lie that we should be on par with the lowest common denominator. People so enamored of paying less for their trinkets when that means millions are out of work or working for minimum wage are Globalists whether they admit it or wrap them self in some garbage Free Traitor trash as if that justifies devastating fellow Americans.

Talk about divide and conquer, it hasn't just worked with the various hyphenated Americans, it's worked very well with the crowd who consider themselves part of the enlightened elite when in reality they're just useful idiots.

They might have to thumb wrestle.
Eddie Munster versus Carlos Danger in the Weinerdome:
‘Two weiners, enter, one weiner leaves’: “Ladies and gentlemen— we have your driver for Indy 500 pace car, the Weiner mobile!”

And now, the musical stylings of the inimitable Jim Nabors (basso profundo): “Take me back, to old Wisconsin .... “

They can not "come out of the closet."

The nature of deception makes it futile.

The two party system works for them because it is easy to control both parties.

Uniparty is a word that is becoming useful.

God help us if Trump doesn't make it, we'll never get a chance to stop the UniParty again!

Ryan hates Trump so much that he doesn’t care if not supporting Trump destroys his career. Hopefully, it will.

Yes, Ryan needs to be fired as Speaker immediately.

It would be nice to see Trump stop by Janesville, Wisconsin (Ryan the RINO’s hometown) and stump for Ryan’s primary challenger, Paul Nehlen.

Maybe Trump can call in his House endorsers to start a discharge petition against Ryan and have him removed as Speaker ASAP.

Ryan is a politically correct emotive Catholic....nothing personal to Catholics of faith here who know what I mean

Ryan is like Francis

He is on record saying it’s his Catholic duty to help the illegals many of whom share his faith and creed for that very reason

Ryan needs to resign
