The funny thing is, the myriad of statutes that she violated and broke don’t need the person to intentionally break them. In this, espionage, loose lips etc. you can’t claim ignorance of the laws as she signed all the CDA papers.
Anyone who sent an e-mail to her or received an e-mail from her would have known that she was not using a US government e-mail address.
